This hotel needs completely renovation of the rooms. Pools and pool restaurants and bars are fantastic. Pizza restaurant bassola lost its charm as it is no more Italian in pizzas. In shower rooms they shld have antiskid tiles. Water tapes leaking in wash basin.

We are currently staying at this hotel with our family (a child of 10 years old). This is our first time in the UAE and through this hotel we got acquainted with the recreation system that is typical for this country. I'll start with the flight: fly Dubai flew-great new planes, comfortable! There is food on board, coffee, tea, friendly flight attendants who offered passengers to move to seats with more legroom! The hotel welcomed us warmly! They move in after 15 - be prepared for this. And also, on the day of arrival, the AI system starts working from the same time! But while we were waiting for the room, we were fed a little earlier at the restaurant. Thank them for that! The food at the hotel is simply great-very tasty seafood, salmon (that's it), sea bass, squid-all this with a special presentation, and not just in the buffet style of the dining room))) restaurants should be booked by calling the reception, they warn you about this! You can also have lunch and dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel-there is a buffet. But I strongly recommend booking restaurants for dinner-the experience will be completely different! The hotel has its own excellent beach - umbrellas, sun beds are excellent, the staff helps to open umbrellas and make a sunbed. It's a small thing, but it feels good! Ice towels are served on the beach and cool water is sprayed! It is all this that creates the service! I would like to mention the cleaning: amazing cleanliness! They clean 2 times a day, and the hotel has great cosmetics made by them! You don't have to take anything with you-shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothbrush and toothpaste kits-there's everything! The cleaner left a note asking if we were satisfied with everything, and left compliments in the form of sleeping oil, again produced by them. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, pillows, large bathroom. You can use the infrastructure of neighboring hotels, for example, a small but very cool water park! We were very satisfied with our stay! At first, we were faced with an unusual AI format, but on the second day we got used to it and enjoyed every day spent at the hotel! Nice hotel 30 min drive from the airport . Clean, classic interior, with friendly staff. The rooms are large and renovated, the bathroom would have plumbing replaced, but this is not critical. Coffee machine with capsules, kettle, fruit on arrival , change of pastel linen, quick requests by number : slippers or extra bathrobe, extra blanket, toiletries. The food is... very tasty. The breakfasts are great: porridge (oatmeal) on water, muesli, chia, cereals, pancakes, fritters and waffles. A children's corner with food, omelets and scrambled eggs, Thai noodles, Indian dishes, pastries ... various, freshly squeezed juices ... any (watermelon, mango, carrot and so on).. for breakfast. The dinner is a little more modest , but also varied . Olympus Basin was disappointed - it was under renovation, no one warned when booking, there was no information on the hotel's website either. A lagoon-type pool with a dedicated area for adults 👌... ideal ... the absence of children in this area is monitored.. There are a lot of sun beds in the usual area and there are always free ones, in the adult there is a certain sunbed by reservation until 11.30 am, then if you do not come, you will be given it to those who wish. Ordering on the beach by QR code ... not cheap , cocktail ~ $ 30 , ice cream 50 derham . I didn 't like the sea - bay , the bottom is covered in algae . I swam 1 time. Unfortunately.. In Dubai, there was a problem with the sea because of the palm trees. The water is stagnant and begins to grow algae . There are many restaurants on site and there is a water park and a boardwalk to the Le Meridian Mina Hotel. Hotel guests can use the services mutually. Dubai Mall is 20-25 minutes away by taxi, but there is a subway in front of the hotel, and you can buy a card upon arrival at the airport. We walked to Dubai Marina for 15 minutes slowly , where we rented a boat for 300 derham for 5 people for an hour to the wheel and back. There are a lot of boats , they were taken in fact . For club rooms, there is a club lounge on the 8th floor with drinks and light snacks throughout the day (strong ones are also included) I liked the hotel and yes, the area is very green. We will be happy to visit it again.

The pizzeria is cozy and beautiful to meet the sunset. Of the disadvantages, the only obvious one is the price.. as in all hotels of the same level.

We were vacationing with my wife, daughter ( 3 years old) and mother-in-law. We took everything included. The hotel can be seen that after a good renovation. Everything is fine with the food here, the buffet is great, the choice is really big. At dinner In Alaskan restaurants (there are about 10 of them), the food is ordinary, delicious, without frills, except for Italian, the pizza is excellent. The Chinese rest is also on top. According to AI, drinks in any restaurants include juices, soda, wine (France, Italy) beer, 5-6 cocktails, vodka, whiskey, gin, tequila, rum. Things are worse with the sea, the bay is small, the yachts are close, I will attach a photo. But at the same time, the water is clean, not muddy, it's the best for children. In general, there is a lot of entertainment for children, the children's club is excellent, the water park is quite good, for children under 10 years old it will go with a bang. A huge plus for parents with children is the presence of a water park with areas for children of different ages. A great Greek restaurant with a sea view and a good selection of seafood dishes. Swimming pool, sun beds, towels, private beach with fenced bay area. The construction site is nearby. We were surprised by the small size of the beaches at five-star hotels and the swimming area.

It is worth noting the restaurants- it is difficult to single out which one is better. We were in a fish tavern, Spanish, Italian. I wanted to come everywhere again - it was varied and delicious. It is better to book in advance for the evening at the tavern and the Italian restaurant- there are many people who want to, because there are two more hotels of this chain nearby and guests can use the services of each of them. A convenient all-inclusive system - it does not include only a lobby bar and one bar on the beach. If you don't take everything included, then be prepared for a big bill for drinks - they are expensive here. The main visitors are couples 40+ and families with children. Young people will be bored (in my opinion).

We stayed at this BEAUTIFUL hotel from November 25 to December 2, 2023, all inclusive. We were with my daughter for 2.5 years and my grandmother . The hotel is family-run , green , very beautiful !!! The interior is simply beautiful - both the rooms and the public areas. The food is good , there is always something healthy and tasty to eat for a small child . There are steamed vegetables, chicken and turkey, sea bass. A good selection of fruits are watermelons, melons, passion fruit. The beach is very good for kids, it's shallow everywhere. We really liked the hotel, and any adequate guest will like it! We have been to many places and belong to the category of "overindulged"

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. We were accommodated on the 1st floor, so that we could directly access the street from the balcony. The hotel has a great location: a view of the Ferris wheel, palm tree, Sail and Dubai Marina. There is a tram stop nearby, which facilitates the accessibility of trips to attractions and exploring the country inside. Fresh juices are offered for breakfast.

We had a rest in November 2022 with two children aged 9 and 4.We liked everything very much. The location, food, cleanliness in the room are all excellent! Lots of pools. The children liked the water park very much. A small but cozy beach. A small oasis among the skyscrapers. It's very beautiful inside!! The room is chic with 2 double beds. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and a shower stall. The hotel has a large, well-groomed territory. The water park is interesting not only for kids. There are many restaurants on the territory. We went to Italian. Like it. Expensive, but delicious. The only problem is long queues for taxis. But that's not the hotel's problem. It's the same everywhere in Dubai. By the way, there is a monorail and metro station nearby. It is easy to walk. But the cost of a monorail for four is like a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel!

An important selection criterion was food for the child and a large area for recreation. We really did not lose money with the territory, there is a lot of entertainment, a water park, a clean beach, but with food and attitude to hotel guests it is a complete minus. The guests of the hotel, even despite the cost of living, were in second place. As it turned out, we could not eat in the main restaurant, since there were constantly events "not for hotel guests", they offered either to go to an Italian pizza restaurant or feed the child seafood))) The New Year also took place separately from everything and in time, and "non-hotel guests" had fun until 6 a.m. under our balcony, for which, by the way, we also paid with a sea view) The hotel administration apologized, of course, for the situation, but unfortunately on the penultimate day, when the rest came to The end!!! The second time I didn't come here b)

Such a situation is possible: you come to dinner (we have it included) - but there are no places (like Ramadan, and people who do not live in the hotel come to iftar (to have fun after a day of abstinence from food). This is extremely strange. Or there's dinner for an additional fee, and no one cares that you have half board paid for. Perhaps there is a table in another restaurant on site, or perhaps not. 2. Only 1 bottle of beach water is included. The second one (and these are reusable metal bottles, it is unclear exactly what kind of water is there) will cost 35 dirhams per 0.75 bottle, and the waiters will simply bring the bill later without warning in advance. We will not go to this hotel anymore.

The food is excellent and varied. The beach is big and clean, considering that it is located at the foot of the palm tree, no big waves have been seen. Regarding the deposit for the service during the stay, there are no strict requirements for making a deposit, although they write everywhere that they must take it.
