For your money - top. The staff is helpful. The metro station, snack bars, shops are all nearby. The room has seen better days, but the linen is clean. The mattress is made of stone, but I like them. Yes, there are three night spots in the hotel that have fun until 3 a.m. I lived on the 4th floor and I could hear it faintly. Maybe if I live lower, then there will be more discomfort, but I was lucky.
The passport is taken away upon check-in. They give it back in exchange for the key. It's a strange condition, but it's the way it is.

The hotel is for unpretentious tourists, only to spend the night, very shabby, requires repairs, but it is located near the metro and a lot of shops at different price categories, near Nasser Square where you can find anything. The hotel staff is polite and responsive, cleaning and linen change is regular. The staff is 5+. Downstairs there is a cafe selling alcohol and every night a show with screams until 4-5 in the morning.

It's just tin, the mess is right next to the elevator, the bed is all dirty and not cleaned, but it costs the cheapest.
