We had a rest with a friend from October 8 to October 15. We were VERY satisfied with the hotel! A very good hotel for your money! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfasts are just great, delicious, varied:eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, porridge, muesli, sausages, potatoes, rice, bulgur, beans, some other vegetables, fresh vegetables and fruits, juices are just awesome, delicious coffee, toast, jam, cottage cheese, cheese, pastries, always overeaten.
The location is very convenient, there are a lot (6 pieces) of supermarkets,cafes, restaurants, an exchange office, a bus stop, a metro 3 minutes, you can order a taxi at the hotel. Not far from Dubai Marina. There is a transfer to several shopping centers, very convenient, from there you can go to the beach or to the sights.

We liked everything. But it depends on who has priority.
The location is excellent. The metro is 5 minutes away on foot. There are several supermarkets nearby, including convenience stores. The rooms have everything you need, there is a kitchenette. A full-fledged large refrigerator instead of the usual minibar. The staff is all polite, cleaned well.
Of the cons. If you take it with food, it is the same every day. So don't expect a lot of variety. Many dishes are spicy, we like them, but someone won't come in.
The hotel is already a little old. Everything worked in the room, but who wants the gloss of a new renovation - not here.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel is nice, located in the center of Dubai, near the metro. There are many shops nearby. Delicious breakfasts, there is food for children. One thing spoiled the vacation: on November 4, 2023, a cleaner took a bag of new clothes from my room during cleaning. When I came to the reception, I was told that the package was empty, this is a lie. It's just terrible that in such a civilized country there is theft among the staff. Things were in a bag in the kitchen (not at the front door), there were tags and a receipt on things.
Overall, the hotel itself is great, but the staff is just awful. Be vigilant.

If you are with children, then despite the fact that there is a lifeguard on duty, the mother should be next to the child. There are mothers who leave their children and go somewhere, thinking that if a child can swim, then nothing will happen to him. The rescuer immediately sends such children for their parents. The only downside is there is no Russian-speaking staff, you have to communicate via a translator by phone, and breakfast is monotonous. We traveled with three children, the youngest less than a year old. We took two apartments for five days, after some requests we were accommodated on the same floor, which was a significant plus for living.
We took it for the sake of quick access to Abu Dhabi, the water park on the Palm Tree, some beaches, we did not lose, the location turned out to be extremely convenient for such trips. We didn't spend much time in hotels, so everything was fine with us.
Of the advantages:

- several transfers per day to many malls in the surrounding area.
Of the cons:
- not very tasty breakfast dishes, everything seems to be there, but it gets boring after two days. There is no normal coffee.
- there weren't enough dishes, we didn't have enough.
- the rooms have a rather tired look, old sofas with sagging pillows, worn wallpaper, but the bed is comfortable in principle.
- there is no clothes dryer, none at all, although there is a washing machine. Nonsense.
- there are no sockets by the bed, they are not conveniently located.
- the pool does not cause a desire to spend time in it, neither adults nor children.

The choice is average, you can definitely eat: porridge, eggs, fruits, vegetables, pastries and something hot. Coffee from the coffee machine is paid (22 AED in May 2024). You can have lunch on the menu, but it is very expensive as everywhere else. Careem type delivery brings food directly to the room (for this it is better to pay the driver in the application from 3 AED). There are rooms with a kitchen, you can cook yourself, there are all the accessories, as well as a washing machine and a refrigerator in the room. The Internet does not catch well everywhere, it is better to take an external antenna for laptops or resend it from a phone that should lie in a place of good signal reception. The doors are massive everywhere, there should be good sound insulation, but there is a gap under the door and everything can be heard from the corridor. There are buses to places where it is necessary, but they did not use it, they rode the subway in a 5-minute walk. There are 3 shops nearby (2 round-the-clock) and a 24-hour pharmacy. Good location of the hotel, liked everything. Also every day they brought bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, something else... the room has a washing machine, kettle, stove, cutlery, plates, pots and a frying pan.
Well, also a safe, towels (changed every day), disposable slippers, a wardrobe. The only remark is that there is nowhere to hang the laundry after washing, I had to hang it anywhere, but these are just quibbles.
Obviously I will go again, I liked Dubai itself, quickly got used to the climate in a couple of days, my friend got used to it only a week later that it was already cold at 28 degrees.
We took the most standard room. Thanks to the hotel for the service and maintenance, wait for me again!)

The hotel was chosen for our tasks - to travel around the city of Dubai and a little to other emirates. In my opinion, this hotel perfectly meets our requirements: the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, water is put on every day, the refrigerator is cold, the washing machine is washing, the kettle boils water, the microwave heats up everything you need..... An ironing board with an iron is also present... Cleaning is daily. Our room 409 was cleaned by a very funny man.... I rearranged everything in my own way..... It was very funny.
The hotel staff is very attentive, responded promptly to all requests, was always ready to help with luggage, taxi, and replacement of a leaking hose, etc. Just don't expect Hilton Hotel or resort services from this hotel... This is a comfortable city hotel for the convenience of a traveling guest.
The metro is 5 minutes away, there are many shops around and even Carrefour is present.
The shuttle takes you shopping....
You can also have a nice time in the rooftop pool.
We took breakfast ..... You won't stay hungry, but.....

A restaurant in the hotel with good cuisine. The package included only breakfast, but it was enough. Friendly hotel staff, understanding and kind-hearted people at the reception. Excellent territory of the summer cafe at the entrance to the hotel. I recommend. Nice apartment hotel. We rested from 12/31/2023 to 01/6/2024. There were only breakfasts. We were on the second floor in room 214. A nice room with a kitchen, a large bathroom and a large bed. They cleaned every day. Cool pool on the top floor on the roof. The view is amazing. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. There is everything your heart desires and omelet, scrambled eggs, pasta, rice, sausages, baked beans, fruits, buns, delicious juices, etc. They didn't stay hungry. Friendly staff. But... don't rush to make your choice in his favor. From the first minute you will be given to understand that you cannot count on a warm welcome here. You will be told that the room is not ready yet, and you can count on the services of the hotel from 13.00. (I was refused breakfast). They will immediately offer to pay the tax and deposit in dirhams. They will refuse to take a deposit and tax in dollars. (At the same time, the hotel does not have a currency exchange office). And so, tired of the road (which took almost a day from my city to Dubai), leaving your suitcases at the hotel, you will go in search of an "exchanger". You will be told that the exchanger is located to the right of the hotel, not far away. And you, tired and hungry, will walk among the skyscrapers in search of a sign about a currency exchange point. As a result of a survey of passers-by, you will still find a gate through which you can walk across the courtyard to the playground. You will see a market, passing through which you can get to another courtyard, where the official currency exchange office is located. On my way back, I wandered among the skyscrapers before I found my hotel. After paying the tax and the deposit, I realized that this is not all my disappointments from this place of "REST". I always start choosing a hotel by asking if there is a free transfer to the beach. And I chose this hotel for the same reason. I wanted to go to the sea right away, but... it was not there! Transfer to the beach at the First Central Hotel Suites Std Apt starts from 14.10. I was given a transfer schedule to the beach and back. Three flights each way. However, as it turned out later, the transfer from the hotel, which leaves at 14.10, arrives at the beach at 15.30 (is the location of the hotel not close to the beach?). And he does not arrive at the beach, but in the Blue Water area, from where he will have to walk several kilometers over the bridge to the other shore. And there will be no three flights back, there will be one flight at 19.00. It's amazing what to do on the beach at these hours! It was not very pleasant to get out of the water in the evening of January (the wind was 34 meters per second). Sunbathing in the evening is also, as you know, not the time. But, as you know, I didn't get to the beach on the first day. I took a taxi and, to calm myself down from the "WELCOMING, WARM WELCOME", I went to Miracle Garden.
When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I went to dinner. I looked at the plates of sliced meat and was surprised, to put it mildly. Did you ask the waiters that there would be no more meat or fish? The menu was brought to me. I chose some kind of chicken dish (it looked like chicken giblets). The dish was on fire! My throat burned from the abundance of spices. Attempts to drink water caused an even greater burning sensation. She asked if she could order something else, change the dish. Naturally, I received a negative response. In the following days, I asked the waiters what they would recommend not to be too spicy.
On the second day, towels were taken from the room. Not a single towel was brought in exchange. But the garbage was not removed from the trash cans, although one of the baskets was full. On my call, the towels were still brought, the garbage was promised to be removed the next day.
There are probably 90 percent of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, and not a single Russian-speaking person from the person.

Of the cons: the repair is not the freshest, it's not just sad, but it could be newer. Otherwise, everything is fine.
P.S. There is a gate that goes directly to the park, it is not shown on the maps, so we went around the road for the first time, you can shorten 500m and go directly through the park.

We rested at this hotel in February 2023, for the first time in Dubai. Pros: the area is cool, everything is nearby, supermarkets are within walking distance there they bought ready-made food, a Pakistani cafe is relatively inexpensive, a mosque, a square, a very beautiful neighborhood, 2 stops to the Marina, and a little further away the center, fountains, etc. The breakfasts are delicious, there was no balcony in the room, they are cleaned every day, the room was an apartment. Cons: There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, and it's bad that there is no Russian-speaking employee at the reception, and they also took a deposit of 300 dirh, (6 thousand rubles) although the travel agency assured that the hotel does not take a deposit ((very strange ... (maybe only Russians pay a deposit), in general I recommend it!

We bought a tour.
In general, the hotel is normal. It all depends on which number you get. We were lucky and got room 1511 with a balcony, a large bed, a washing machine, a large refrigerator and a kitchen with everything you need (a microwave was brought at our request) Of course, the hotel is old, the furniture is shabby, the upholstery is dirty. The air conditioner is common, but it can be adjusted. The TV is big, there are Russian channels. At that time, a room for a day (without food)it cost 290 dirh. about $ 80 , I think it's too high for this level of 4ki.
But at the time of purchase of the tour, it was the best option for the price-quality-location ratio.
One of the criteria is the proximity to the metro and the bus (5-8 minutes to the metro, 08-13 to the turnstiles in the subway)
We went to the beaches of Jumeirah and Kite by bus. X28 and 88 (15-20 min , 3 dirh) exit N3 in the subway. (I am attaching a diagram of the beaches) There is a transfer from the hotel at 14 o'clock on JBR (photos of all transfers are attached).
Breakfast was included in the tour. Good juices and coffee. Ripe fruits-watermelon,melon,pineapple,orange,)Oatmeal porridge on the water. Various options of egg dishes, pancakes, noodles or rice with vegetables, potatoes, sausages and sausage (soy), 2 types of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce. The pastries are quite decent. Butter (72%), two types of jam, honey, raisins. Cornflakes, milk. We had breakfast.
There are grocery stores and cafes near the hotel. We often took ready-made dishes 13-16 dirh, to cafes in the subway (exit 1, go up the escalator and right in front of Bits like) It was convenient when we were driving from the beach to take lunch and dinner.
The area next to the hotel is green, there is a large Playground.

The service is good. The location is excellent - 5 minutes to the metro station, 5 minutes to the bus stop, near a supermarket, pharmacy, but far from the sea. The rooms are small with a kitchenette and a washing machine. The window opens - this is a very big plus. The staff is friendly and ready to help in everything. They clean every day very well. They took only breakfast, it was delicious. There is little variety in food, but you will not stay hungry, you can always find something for yourself. Maybe next time I will stay at this hotel

Good location of the hotel. You can move freely around the city. Near the metro station. There is a swimming pool, a gym. There is a transfer to three different shopping centers and to the beach. To a nice beach. The rooms are good. But there are nuances. Our room really stank of garbage, but you could just not use it, since there are all three of them.
