I want to share my experience of surgical treatment in the 11th GKB in the Department of traumatology. Since 2019, I have been suffering from pain in the hip joint. I was in line for a replacement. It was a little scary, but it was comforting that the experience and authority of this surgeon was on top. He had a huge number of operations. I was hospitalized on October 9, and on October 12, the hip joint was already replaced. Spinal anesthesia is used during such an operation, so I was conscious and understood what was happening. After the end of the operation, a control snapshot of the already installed joint was taken. Nikolai Arsenyevich nodded his head approvingly, smiled and said that everything went great. After that, according to the protocol, a day in intensive care and then back to the ward. The next day, Nikolai Arsenyevich came to the ward to ask how things were going. He said that you can carefully get to your feet with the help of crutches. Then there will be a period of rehabilitation. It is necessary to restore muscle tone. Everything will work out. The main thing is that those unbearable pains in the joint area are gone. I am very grateful to Zhikhar Nikolay Arsenyevich. Лежала 2 раза в челюстно-лицевой хирургии удаляли зуб мудрости. Вежливый персонал, внимательное и отношение к каждому пациенту. Конечно нужен ремонт, но убирают и моют каждый день(чисто везде).

Лежала в гнойной ЧЛХ. Очень не люблю больницы, неприятные воспоминания из детства. Но здесь мне понравилось. Состояние после операции было так себе, особенно в жару, но обстановка в отделении располагала к выздоровлению, что в больницах бывает редко. Отзывчивый, внимательный и чуткий персонал, все с пониманием и сочувствием относились к пациентам и их боли, старались помочь и поднять настроение шутками. Работать с людьми сложно, а с болеющими людьми тем более, поэтому спасибо большое за терпение и доброту. Врачи в отделении - профессионалы своего дела, я попала к хирургу Атаеву, сделал все отлично и на протяжении всего лечения следил за процессом восстановления.
Еда на удивление была съедобной и иногда даже вкусной, хотя и трудно было её есть после операции, но первые дни давали совсем жидкие варианты.
Еще повезло, что успели сделать ремонт, в палатах и в коридоре было приятно находиться, чистый туалет и душевая, почти санаторий))

Персонал в отделении (ЧЛХ) более приветлив, чем в приемном отделении. Удока владная каждый день, питание на удивление достаточно приличное, порции большие. Врачи - профессионалы своего дела. Ремонт в меру приличный. По лекарствам дополнительно ничего не надо было, все имелось в больнице. Из минусов - иногда храпят соседи по палате.

Здание больницы сейчас ремонтируют поэтому пришлось обходить довольно большой участок территории. Внешне корпуса выглядят старовато, но ведь главное не здания а люди которые в них работают. Я очень давно не встречал такой ,,человечности" как в приёмном отделении этой больницы. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность этим людям. Думаю что они и как специалисты тоже на очень высоком уровне.

ОЛЬГА КЛИМЕНКО!!! Отзыв от 27 апреля 2022 года.. ВЫ ЧТО??? Дома иль на работе питаетесь как императрица?? 😳😳😳...Во-первых, питание готовит НЕ МЕДПЕРСОНАЛ 11той больницы!!! А во-вторых, кормят КАК НА УБОЙ!☺️ И первое, и второе, и завтраки, и обеды, и мясные ужины - всё безумно вкусное, степень уваривания каждого боюда - идеальна, обьемы порций - громадные!! За это отдельное спасибо поварам-профессионалам городского пищеблока (где готовят для всех больниц☝️). А медики 1й ЧЛХ - от завотделением Злобича А.С.(❤️) до санитарок, не забываем оперирующих хирургов и милых медсестричек этого отделения - достойны самой высокой похвалы пациентов и вышестоящего руководства Минздрава РБ!! Меня оперировал Маметкулыев Закирджан Шакирович, и я очень благодарна ему за тактичность, чуткость и профессионализм во время оперирования. Быстро и качественно! Одним словом, я и наша палата 313 очень довольны всем в 11 ГКБ! Низкий поклон врачам больницы!

Обращался 08 июля по направлению из поликлиники в приемный покой. Очень быстро обслужили меня там и пригласили хирурга дежурного. Хирург подошел буквально за 5-7 минут и квалифицированно сделал свою работу. Огромная благодарность персоналу 11 больницы, я даже не ожидал такого! Молодцы!

Лежала 2 раза в члх-1. 5 звёзд доктору Маметкулыеву. Профессионал своего дела, удаляла 4 восьмёрки, всё прошло быстро и безболезненно. Отёк был небольшой, за неделю полностью восстановилась.
Сама больница старая, но в платных палатах очень комфортно (душ, туалет, холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, телевизор) . В отделении вроде 2 платных палаты:на 2 человека и на 4 (побывала в двух). Цена за платную палату 16.50/день. 1 день пролежала в обычной палате - некомфортно, 6 человек.

Больница как из фильмов ужасов. В некоторых отделениях сделан приемлемый ремонт, но в основном страшно ходить по коридорам. На потолках ржавые пятна от протечек совсем не плавно, а конкретно переходящие на стены и до пола. Трещины везде. Персонал 50/50. Есть хорошие специалисты, но есть и прям вот даже слов цензурных не подобрать.
