Good location, there is a place to walk along the bay, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach, the beach is not bad - there is a toilet with a shower, sun beds and umbrellas for a fee. There is also a shuttle service to the Sahara shopping center, which is located on the border with the emirate of Dubai - this way you can save on a taxi if you plan to go to Dubai. The breakfasts at the hotel are normal, but I didn't have enough meat - the bacon and sausages are sorted quickly, and whoever had time ate it. The rooms are cleaned daily, but they still feel uncomfortable - the windows are dirty from the outside and the furniture and appliances are asking for updates. But the staff is working at 5 points, well done, they helped solve a non-standard issue - I left my phone in the taxi, so they called my number and asked the taxi driver to return, everything ended well. Of course, I would not like to go to the same place again, but the hotel is very suitable for one trip. I recommend

A wonderful hotel! We had a vacation with our daughter in January 2025. The room is perfectly clean! The staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant has a delicious and varied menu.
Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl Irina at the reception. We bought all the tours only from her – you definitely won't find a cheaper price.
Always friendly, friendly, pays due attention to everyone, always helps and prompts. She's very pleasant to talk to.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, daily cleaning in the rooms, towels and bed linen were changed every day, polite staff (with my very modest English- everyone understood), delicious and varied food in the restaurant. Opposite the hotel there is a lake, a good promenade for walking in the evening to the site where they arrange a show of singing fountains. There are many interesting buildings in the city, an aquarium, admission for children is free, there are no drinkers and smokers on the streets. There is a shuttle service to the sea, but we preferred to walk. The beach is clean and guarded. Although this hotel is 4 stars, but it pulls in all 5. I recommend.

Great location. close to the sea, about 2 km away, there is a free shuttle service and you can walk to shopping centers on foot. There is a transfer twice a week to Mega Mall and Sahara Mall. There is no transfer to Dubai. There is also a Sharjah City Center nearby. There is an ocean museum and a pearl museum next to the waterfront.
We had a rest on New Year's Eve, fountains and fireworks could be seen on the embankment.
The rooms are nice and clean. The food is very tasty, lots of meat, fish, salads, fruits and desserts.
The tours were bought at the Said Tour agency (you can find them by name on Yandex) and the prices were very good. The tours are informative - the guide tells a lot of interesting facts that even the children listened to

I stayed at the hotel from 28.03 to 04.04. The hotel is inconspicuous from the outside, but overall I really liked it. The room is large and comfortable, and the furniture doesn't seem to be new, but it looks decent. The most important thing about this hotel is its location. Opposite the lake and slightly to the right an amphitheater, a gorgeous circular embankment. There are fountains on the right, but they didn't work for us. But for 2 days we watched a magnificent fireworks display in honor of the end of Ramadan. We only had breakfast. The food was normal, there was enough of everything, and we also took them to the beach. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby, and we had to look for a cafe, but we really liked the Pakistani one (it's located near the exchange). We used the maps map. We got to Al Khan beach by hotel bus or on foot, walking for about 30 minutes at a slow pace. I'll give the staff 5. We have asked various questions many times (we can't open the safe, we didn't have enough tea) and we always reacted immediately. The room was always cleaned, but more often we refused and asked only to remove the trash. I really enjoyed my stay in this place and the hotel! 🥰

We had a rest for a week at the end of December, the hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk to the fountains in the evening and generally have a place to walk, there is a fruit and meat market nearby, you can buy dates, various types of sweets, nuts, fruits, the most famous Dubai chocolate is much cheaper than on excursions.
The staff at the restaurant is very pleasant. We took breakfast and dinner. Breakfast buffet, a la carte dinner, I liked the breakfasts more.
But the rooms were poorly cleaned. Otherwise, I liked everything))

Safely. I was relaxing alone, walking around the Emirate. I didn't use the taxi that everyone was talking about at all. I love walking. An absolutely safe country.
Sharjah, by the way, is the strictest Emirate, it is worth considering this when choosing a vacation destination. It is forbidden to drink alcohol here, and clothes should be closed (skirts are no higher than the knees, the girls' breasts are closed).
By transfer to the beach. I haven't used it, but it's there, it picks me up from the hotel at 9, and from the beach at 11. Walking distance to the beach is about half an hour by walking along quiet, clean and pleasant streets. I always chose the second option, walked, walked, looked at local mosques, buildings, houses.
On nutrition. I had breakfasts and dinners. Upon check-in, the reception informs you that dinner can be changed to lunch if desired. I've never changed it, and I had a snack of supermarket fruits at lunch. The food at the hotel is varied and delicious. There's not enough fruit, I bought it. Don't even try sausages) soy that you can't take in your mouth 😁🙈
On excursions. I took a boat trip to the neighboring state of Oman from Jamal's hotel guide (Fun & Sun). I always take a boat trip on a beach vacation and it's always a pure thrill. I really enjoyed this trip, it was intense and exciting, we swam in the waters of the Indian Ocean, fished and even caught, swam in masks and watched fish, rode a motorboat with turns, rode a banana. We had a great positive guide, Vitaly, with funny jokes) He talked interestingly about life in the Emirates, the country, the laws, making the long journey to Oman fun and interesting. And it really takes a long time to drive, it takes three hours in one direction with a double border crossing: when leaving the Emirates and entering Oman. It was a bit exhausting, of course, but I never regretted the trip!
Which I would like to emphasize. The next time I go to the Emirates, I won't come here for Ramadan. Everything that was written about in the reviews is true. To my deep surprise, the Arabs here are considered the first class, and all other guests are considered the second. Our hotel is no exception, it's the same everywhere in the country. I arrived on the first evening and the dinner was excellent, varied and delicious. And then some kind of sur began. We were turned around at a restaurant for dinner when we arrived at the beginning at 19 and asked to return in half an hour. Because the Arab guests eat FIRST, and the rest eat later what remains. Yes, food is not added to the buffet - really what remains. On the late evening of my return from an excursion from Oman, I had NOTHING left for dinner. practically... That's the way it is. Absolutely all restaurants and cafes are closed during Ramadan. You won't even be able to eat at McDonald's or KFS, they don't work either. The supermarket helped out with his fruit for lunch. In general, I never set foot here again in Ramadan.
The service at the hotel is at a good level, it's a top four. Bottled water is replenished every day, shampoos, balms, soaps, lotions, a change of towels - everything is fine here.

The hotel in Sharjah is good, we liked it: the first line from the lake - there is a place to walk in beauty, there is a Russian-speaking staff, transfer to Al Khan beach at 9.09 there, 12.00 back. The beach itself is open until 19.00. The umbrella is large and 2 sun beds for the whole day are about 1.2 thousand rubles. it comes out. 30 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi (300-400 rubles.). There is a shuttle service to shopping centers, the concierge is always happy to help you catch a taxi. Nearby, the famous Gold Market and Fish Market are within an hour's walk along the lake. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day, new hygiene products, tea, coffee, water are also replenished every day. There is a gym and a small rooftop pool where you can smoke. Own restaurant and coffee shop. We took a buffet breakfast from 6.30 to 10.00, the assortment is large, only 4 types of scrambled eggs with different fillings, which are prepared with you, separate desserts, freshly brewed coffee and tea, everything is in abundance. There was no buffet at lunch and dinner, and I didn't want to get attached to the hotel, so they didn't take it. There are a lot of excursions, we took 2: safari in the Sahara and a sightseeing tour of Dubai with a guide. The excursions are wonderful, a lot of impressions and photos, inexpensive and a buffet is also provided everywhere on trips. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants behind the hotel, everything is inexpensive (potable activia - 50 rubles.). Fruits and vegetables are generally cheap (the whole papaya is 300-400 rubles.).
In general, the hotel is pleasant, the location is good, I want to come back again))

It's a very nice hotel, although there were no Russian speakers in the hotel when we were on vacation, but they promised that they would be there soon, and the convenient location is where to take a walk. The cuisine has always surprised with its variety in the menu, design and serving of dishes. The food is always sooooo delicious. During the rest, no one was rude. A young man from a travel agency who came to pick up tourists helped download a translator that worked without the Internet and communication became much easier, thanks to him for that.

The hotel does not offer 4 stars in terms of food and service. The rooms are not bad, but with disadvantages. Since the window wouldn't open, the lights wouldn't work, and the safe wouldn't close, they moved to another room. In another room, there were no wall lamps at all... Buffet for three. Meat, chickens did not appear even once. The fish in the batter is small, small... Rice is plentiful, potatoes, salads, as everywhere. Don't think that everything is bad. We didn't really starve! Cleaning every day, water, tea, sugar in the room all the time. It's clean. There's a pool on the roof, but the water wasn't heated. Gyms, sauna for men and women are a nice bonus! Good breakfasts, very good breakfasts, not Turkey or Egypt, but the UAE.
There is a transfer to the sea, if someone does not fit in the first check-in, then they will come for them, but we often walked, not close to the sea, but accessible to young, healthy guys, or took a taxi.
I did not like that the doors to the balcony did not open, that the air conditioner could not be adjusted, and that the hair dryer wire was torn off.
But in general, I really, really liked it!
The hotel is located along the waterfront, and amazing walks are provided every evening.
We are considering this hotel for a holiday in December 2024.

The hotel is normal, almost in the center of Sharjah. We just got back. The breakfasts are decent, everything is quite tasty and varied for us at least. Of course, there is no view from the window, at the neighboring building. Excursions were taken from Irina in the lobby, everything is wonderful, a great positive person, cheaper than a guide.

We have been vacationing for a week since February 23, 2025 in this hotel. This is not the first time in the UAE. We have been to different Emirates, there is something to compare it with. The advantages of the hotel are its location and pleasant reception service. That's all. A huge disadvantage is the restaurant. We have never seen anything like this before. The hotel is listed as 4*, but there are savings in everything. The fruit is cut so finely that it looks more like a salad. There are only sausages and chicken liver for breakfast. The menu hasn't changed in seven days. Dishes are poorly replenished if they run out. We must constantly wait and ask. I was killed by water-diluted milk when I decided to eat cornflakes with milk one time. There is no service in the restaurant. Only the young man who roasts the omelet works quickly and pleasantly. In general, there was not a pleasant impression of such service. The only advantage is that there is a beautiful promenade nearby, where you can walk and there are many cafes and shops.

The food is simply amazing, this is not the first time in the UAE, we have been to many 5-star hotels, the food in these hotels is very good!!!! We visited this hotel in February 2024. A good city hotel, very convenient location, you can walk along the embankment, look at the beautiful fountains. Nearby there is a pizzeria, subway, an Asian seafood restaurant, grocery stores, and a meat restaurant a little further away. The rooms are spacious, the third bed is included in the double room without any problems, there is a lot of space left. The room has a hairdryer, slippers, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, ironing board with iron. Shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower caps are replenished every day. There were toothbrushes with toothpaste. Bath towels were changed every day, for the face, in my opinion not once. The only thing I lacked was light, there was nothing in the bathroom yet, but the room was like a crypt) one ceiling lamp and a bunch of lamps did not help. The windows overlooked the neighboring building, so there was no light from there either. The restaurant is good, the breakfast is not very varied, but even an adult man will not stay hungry. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor. It is far enough to the beach, we did not walk, there was a transfer at 9.00 there, at 12.00 back. Some people went to the beach for the first flight, but they were picked up again. They say there was a transfer to the Sahara shopping center 3 times a week. We didn't use it, we went there by taxi.

3. The location of the hotel is good. There is a very large embankment, cafes, shops, pharmacies nearby. There is a shuttle service to the free beach 1 time a day (beach towels are not provided). Almost every day there is a transfer to the big shopping centers.
4. The cleaning is mediocre. They change towels, add soap and soap. The carpet was vacuumed 1 time in 5 days.

Meals: we only had breakfast. We got to the "before" and "during" Ramadan and felt the difference in food. The child ate cereal with milk for breakfast. If there were 3 types of them "before", then "during" there was one. Of the drinks, there were two types of juices and lemonades, then during Ramadan - water, water with lemon and juice (it is also water with the taste of orange or pineapple).
Rooms: as many have already written, we were very "tired", but, in principle, everything worked for us, it was clean, there were no foreign odors. There is almost no light during the day, as most rooms (like ours) overlook neighboring buildings, literally 10 meters away, in order to see the sun and realize that it is morning, you need to open the window and look towards the lagoon).
Service: we went with a child, but the room was paid for as two adults. But for some reason, in terms of water, tea and coffee, soap dishes, towels, etc., they were replenished only for one. When the cleaner came and I said that there were like two of us, he started refilling one more bottle of water))) .
There are no slippers and bathrobes in the room initially, you need to ask.
But, in general, the price is high quality, the hotel justifies itself.

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days, starting on October 19th. We found it on the booking, at the beginning the minimum price was confusing, but in the end we decided and went
We can definitely say that this hotel pleased us, but first things first.
1 - distance from the sea. We are not athletes, so we did not record the walking time, but it is clearly more than half an hour. Of course there are buses, but we went by car, so this was not a big problem for us.
It is worth noting right away that the beach at the hotel is free, but if you decide to take a sunbed and an umbrella, you will have to pay the price of 30 dirhams (per day of rent). If you have been to the same Al Mamzar beach, you probably won't be surprised by this, but we would like to know this initially.
2 - At first, upon arrival, they were afraid of the condition of the rooms because a man came with us and immediately began to find out why it was so dirty in his room. But we went with 2 families and took 3 rooms, none of the dirt was noticed. Although after this "scene" they looked closely and paid attention to the condition clearly more than usual. The only thing that was found was in the 3rd room, on the 2nd floor, a red spot on the carpet.
3 - Parking. The parking itself is good and convenient, but if you leave your car there, then try to look for places with a minimum number of neighbors. Because during the stay, a couple of scratches were added to our Rent a car(
Well, now about the obvious advantages:
1 - and the main thing. Restaurant. We went for breakfast and dinner. And we can definitely note that this is one of the best restaurants in the Hotel that we have seen (we have quite a lot of experience, we have been going to the Emirates for more than 30 years, we have been to many other 5 and 4 restaurants, and also have experience visiting other countries, including Italy, Egypt, Spain Turkey, etc.).
The only thing is that the Hotel does not always have a good workload in the restaurant, sometimes instead of a buffet, the food is on the menu. In this case, the choice narrows down many times, but even my fastidious son, who does not eat literally half of the food, was able to find something to his taste.
2 - The most pleasant staff, with whom we managed to get acquainted during the rest (12 days). Starting from the chef, who went out several times and whose name is Ahmed Abotalele, ending with simple waiters, everyone turned out to be very pleasant people.
Since we really love seafood, my husband decided to talk to the manager, whose name is Ronson, and asked him in broken Russian to cook shrimp. Before that, we tried to do this in many hotels and the only place where we agreed was just the same Hilton. But then we didn't even have to persuade, we immediately went to a meeting, which was very pleasant!
At the reception, the staff is no worse, and also helped with any problems we have.
I can definitely recommend this hotel to visit.

The hotel is basically normal for living. I'll tell you the pros and cons right away. As they say, briefly and to the point:

We stayed at the hotel in early March 2025. Our room was superior with a view of the lagoon. No dampness in the room, everything is just fine. Transfer to the beach at 9 a.m. The beach is great, there are changing rooms and a toilet. If you know the way back, you will be at the hotel in 30 minutes. There is literally everything nearby, walk to your heart's content. A representative of the company "Sails" is always at the reception, organized excursions for us. The food was not bad at all, we had just enough. The staff speaks only English. I really enjoyed it, I'll be happy to go back there again!

I liked the hotel as a whole, we had a rest in early December.
The location is excellent, near the promenade along the bay, there are cafes and shops nearby.
There is a shuttle service to the city's public beach in the morning and back at lunch. It's a pity that there's only one flight there, one back. But you can get there by taxi, 14 dirhams.
Minus: there are no beach towels in the hotel.
The rooms are somewhat tired and here the hotel is teetering on the edge of 3*. Especially the bathroom, there was mold in the wet areas. The room itself (standard) is large, with a large bed and wardrobe, free safe, refrigerator. Cleaning daily, 1 liter of water was added every day and a gel shampoo. The views from most of the rooms to the neighboring buildings are almost within reach - this is a minus.
Excellent view from the rooms overlooking the bay, the restaurant windows also overlook the bay.
As part of the accommodation, there was a breakfast-dinner. The breakfasts are somewhat monotonous, but you won't starve. For dinner there were always a couple of types of meat dishes, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, watermelon, melon, very tasty confectionery. The staff is very polite, not only in the restaurant, but in the hotel as a whole.
There is a Russian-speaking specialist at the reception - Marina, who helped with many issues. It works according to a certain schedule, of course, not all days in a row.

The hotel positions itself as a 4*, but in fact even 3* is a lot for it. We got a room with a view of the neighboring building - windows to windows, daylight does not penetrate into the room because of the neighboring building, there is no lighting in the room, even a printed book cannot be read, while 2 lamps above the beds and 2 sockets did not work. The room is damp, the bed linen is damp. The room smells, and the whole floor smells damp. The backlight on the mini-mirror in the toilet did not work. The glasses are dirty when checking in. 1 teaspoon and 1 hanger were missing. They asked to replace the room - it's been 2 nights, we're waiting ... The breakfasts are edible and meager. A la carte dinners - a choice of 1 soup, 2 salads, 3 hot ones, 1 dessert and a drink. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore and I advise others to look for something else.

They refused, agreed to what they were given. our meals were "breakfast and dinner". Breakfast is without pretensions, everything is delicious. Dinner, I don't even know how to say it! On the first day, I liked everything - great. Meat, chicken, side dishes, fruits, watermelon are very tasty, sweet, juicy. That's all. Since the 2nd day, dinner is about nothing. If you arrive at the appointed time, i.e. by 19:00. There are a lot of people, they ask you to come in half an hour, approx. You come, the emptiness, they don't add food, that's all that's left. Side dishes, there is no meat, there are 2-3 pieces in the thicket, there is no fruit anymore, if there is, they are finely chopped. We are in the fast of Ramadan. All locals are not allowed to eat or drink anything until 19:00. You're walking around the city, you want to have a snack or just drink water on the street, you can't!!! I had to buy something to eat at the store and consume everything in the room. It's not like that! I understand everything, another country, their rules, I respect and accept! But it seems to me that we need to treat tourists a little condescendingly! I really didn't like the moment, the time of dinner, half of the seats in the restaurant are occupied by locals, and they occupied these seats in advance. Everyone who comes to the hotel takes up all the other seats - there are few of them. On the 4th day of my stay at this hotel, I saw how two women who had just checked in made a scene, because they didn't replenish the food at dinner, if it was over, it turns out like this - you come by 19:00 - sorry there are no seats, you come in half an hour, sorry the food is over. Of course, it's unpleasant if you take a trip with breakfast and dinner. My mom and I are not in conflict, we talked to each other and that's it)) We went and put what was left.
The beach! The bus starts at 9:00 and 9:15, and takes you back at 12:00 and 12:15. We sometimes walked, I think in the summer when the heat is sultry, it's too far not to walk. About 3 km. At a fast pace, it took about 25-30 minutes. You can't just get on the bus yet, the crowd, if there are no seats on the bus, we get off, they don't take us standing.
The location is excellent, there are a lot of shops, supermarkets, cafes. Laguna embankment. We walked in the evenings. In principle, everything is fine, except for dinner, if I had known that it would be like this, I would have just paid for breakfast.

Just returned from Sharjah and this hotel.
What can I say: the location is excellent: located on a beautiful promenade, close to shops, a shopping center nearby.
A bus takes you to the sea, but you can also walk for 20 minutes.
We got into Ramadan, the breakfasts seemed to us meager, there were few guests at the hotel. But after Eid al-Adha, a lot of people appeared, and breakfasts became more diverse.
The tiny pool was fine with us until there were more people, then there was simply nowhere to step.
Summary: in the UAE for the first time, there is nothing to compare with, but everything is quite normal.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days.
