It was way better before. The quality of the breakfast became very low. Their coffee machine didn't work and nobody seemed to care. My last visit was not a pleasant one.

We participated in the conference and chose Uyut Hotel. It was really good place to stay. Clean, safe and modern.

The hotel is cozy, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are cozy and clean with everything you need. There is a pleasant sauna with a swimming pool. It is provided as a compliment for free for 1 hour. Convenient location. The only negative is breakfast. There is a large selection, but the assortment is not at all for breakfast. Pickles and pickled vegetables, fried liver, pasta. I don't want such dishes in the morning at all. And there is a choice, but unfortunately it is difficult to choose. Irina. From October 2 to October 6, 2024, we stayed at this hotel. From the first minutes we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by excellent staff, among whom was Galia, a kind and helpful administrator. She promptly arranged for us and immediately conducted a tour of the hotel, showing us where everything was, and when we left, she saw us off as family people. The room we stayed in is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were included, the food was very good, especially I would like to mention a large assortment of pastries. I liked the hotel. The staff is helpful. The breakfasts are boring, so-so - I preferred to go to other places for breakfast. The hotel itself is very good, it's almost a historical center, a few minutes on foot and you're on the local Arbat. The grocery store is a minute's walk away. The exchangers are also close. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. 28 Panfilovtsev Park is a 20-minute walk away. It's about the same to the Green Market. It's a long way to the main Museum and uphill, but you can get a couple of metro stations and then walk for 10 minutes.

I have known this hotel for a long time and gave it 5 stars three or four years ago.
Now I can't put more than two. Since the cost does not correspond to the level at all. The management should think that their cost is much more expensive for similar accommodation in Astana, and what's there in Astana, it's cheaper in Moscow.
Only at the same time there is nothing but some kind of incomprehensible sauna that you can get into according to the schedule.
Where is the pool? Fitness? If you take 10 tr per day, then at least match it.
There is nothing else besides breakfast. And there are a lot of questions about him too, do you try rice or buckwheat yourself? They are served raw at your place ((( and pickles, how can you even offer it. I highly recommend changing suppliers.
Well, in general, lower the bar, you definitely do not reach 3 stars, even though you write 4.

A nice, cozy hotel in the city center, but in the courtyards, so it will be quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to pedestrian streets, a convenience store in the next house. We lived on the 6th floor, the room was clean, cleaned daily, updated water and tea, dental kit, shampoos, shower gels. The staff is polite and helpful. An early breakfast was provided on the day of departure. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection, you will not leave hungry. There is brewed coffee, but in recent days it has only been black.

The interior is old, but neat. In the 90s it was a top, but now it's more like visual noise. The breakfasts are good (there is a choice). The staff is friendly and helpful. They help with the suitcases at the entrance.
The room, at first glance, is clean, BUT if you look at the carpet, the "Hairy trail" From previous guests has been accumulating for years. A wonderful hotel! The rooms are cozy. We stayed in both Standard and Comfort plus. Birthday presents were made) I liked the breakfasts very much, they were delicious and varied. Upon check-in, all possible inconveniences were immediately outlined (the heating was not turned off yet, so it could be hot, insufficient cold water pressure), for this I put a separate plus, because you decide for yourself whether you are satisfied with it or not. The disadvantages include the moment that movement was heard in the restaurant. If it hadn't been for our overnight flight, I wouldn't have paid attention to this, but since we tried to sleep for a couple of hours and couldn't do it, including because of loud music, I note this.

A lovely, cozy little hotel. Elegant. Everything is in its place. Wonderful calm music at the reception and in the restaurant. There is a sauna and a small Jacuzzi pool. There are several simulators. Across the street there is a full-fledged large swimming pool from 7 am.
I stop for the second time. I am glad to see my friends, of course Galia and other employees. Everything is real, not glued artificial smiles. We are ready to help with shopping and sightseeing.
The breakfasts are varied, something can change every day: salads and fruits and scrambled eggs and cheeses and cereals and muesli and pancakes and pastries, coffee, tea, juices, milk.
I recommend it !!

The weather in Almaty is warm, the room is stuffy, there is nothing to breathe, the windows are open, but the air conditioner is hanging, there is no remote control in the room, I went down to the reception, I ask how to turn it on, to which I get the answer that the heating period is not over and the air conditioners are not working. I say that the room is stuffy, they say that they can't help, but they seem to promise rain, wait for the rain. By the way, it never rained. And because of the stuffiness, it was not possible to sleep in the room.

It seems to be almost in the center. According to the photo, it looks like a normal room. But the room stock itself is outdated, torn curtains that do not completely cover the window; the trouble with the bathroom is that everything flows, the drain button is not pressed in the toilet, the flush is very loud and sooo long, the shelves fall off, all the chrome pieces are rusty and have not been washed at all for a long time, the water in the shower barely comes off, you stand in a swamp. Also, a vomit saucer with stones under liquid soap for some reason.
The cleaning is disgusting. The cord fell behind the bedside table, I had to move it away - there is dirt and dust from at least a year ago; 1 battery out of two does not work.
Breakfast is the same every day, but! at any time, everything is always cold and windy, it's disgusting.
They also tried to sell the use of a mini-bar, which no one touched.
The only plus is a change of towels every day.
There are no 4 stars in sight here.

If someone is running in the gym, then the room will feel as if a charged car with a subwoofer has pulled up.
And also in the same part, the noise from the street of working air conditioners.
So if you are given a room next to the gym (where the elevator is), ask to be given away.
The walls are like cardboard, you can hear everything, it feels like it's a former panel.
There is no hygienic shower.

Breakfast is normal for such a hotel. But one day I witnessed the following. The waiter decided to help the guest collect desserts. He put a few tongs on a plate. I really liked the hotel, everything is as promised, clean, cozy, quiet and the service is excellent. I didn't like the restaurant, I slept through breakfast the first day (there were no questions about it, a good classic breakfast, like everywhere else) and decided to have breakfast on the veranda in the lobby, ordered a club sandwich, ham and cheese on the menu, salad, and fried meat was brought in burnt bread (suspicion that fried yesterday, because it was very hard and cold))) ) and tomatoes. In principle, it is edible , but there is no pleasure. It didn't spoil the rest, the desire is in the city. If not for that, then 5 stars is 100%. I will definitely come to this hotel on my next trip to Almaty.
