Special thanks for the packaging - every detail is wrapped in stretch film to avoid damage. Fasteners are complete. The plywood in the boxes is thick, the bottom will not bend. Assembly instructions are attached. There is a slight disadvantage with the delivery - they called at 21.00 and said that they were already on their way. If no one was at home, I don't know how it would be solved.

When buying a bed, the managers were very helpful with the choice. There is no question about the girls. But here's the service.... In 2 weeks, the metal structure broke down. The bed is 180*200, the frame is so poorly designed that the beam is bolted to the sides in the middle, there is no lintel to the floor. What were the designers thinking? Although they showed us a different mechanism in the store. 2 months have passed since contacting the store. The service dynamites us. No one solves the problem. You should know. Suddenly, no one will call you from tech support, just you every week and wait to shout a new delivery date for the mechanism. I do not recommend buying in this store.!!!!

Disgusting delivery service for purchased goods! I paid for the goods and the delivery, with a reservation for a specific date. On the day of delivery, I received an SMS that they would be delivered on another day and the time was from 9.00 to 12.00. But I specifically stayed at home on the agreed day, I asked for leave! When I started calling the delivery service, they replied that no one had warned me what was needed on this particular day! Thanks for the service!
