The location is in the very center next to the park, but because of this the noise of nightlife until late at night. You can't sleep with the windows open. They gave the same thing for breakfast for three days. There are no complaints about fried eggs) Very tasty sausage and cheese, the cheapest option from the "Pyaterochka" for the promotion.

We rented a suite through booking. The room had everything you needed. Friendly staff. Breakfast is included. The rooms and the whole hotel are clean, everything is neat. There is a microwave oven and a water boiler on each floor. Of the disadvantages, only one elevator worked. Both the guests and the staff used this elevator. Sometimes it took a long time to wait.

The kettle is black from scale. Containers that look empty. The floors are in terrible condition. Naturally, he didn't stay there. I went down to the reception desk to explain the situation, woke up the girl, she either did not have time to wake up and did not understand, or consciously silently shrugged her shoulders at all this.

It was not very neat, there were dirty spots on the carpets, they turned off the light at 22 at 1:00, respectively, there was no Wi-Fi, the phone could not be charged, there are rooms with sea views, but I was moved into a room with a view of the courtyard depressingly, the smell in the dining room is just a nightmare, all the dishes are sticky dirty. I couldn't eat anything.

It is impossible to sleep on the bed, the springs dig into the body, I put a blanket on top and slept on top of it, but even this did not save 100%. On the very first day, cleaning did not come to me, no one took out the trash and brought toilet paper. The next day everything was fine. From the good: disposable slippers are changed every day, breakfast is included in the price, it is the same every day: milk porridge, 1 boiled egg, 1 fried egg, 2 slices of cheese, and sausage, 2 slices of tomato and cucumber.

Breakfast is always the same, only the porridge changes. And this is certainly not a buffet)) take a voucher at the reception, go to the dining room with it and you are given a menagerie on which one boiled egg, one egg glaze, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of sausage. The pieces are the master's. 2 slices of tomato and cucumber and 2 slices of bread and porridge in a separate plate. Tea, coffee and sometimes milk. There are friendly receptionists at the reception.

I stayed for a day in a single housekeeper. 8000₸ came out (9000₸ on booking, booked by whatsapp).
Positive:
- the room is clean
- I stopped by at 9 a.m. without paying for an early check-in
- location
- surprisingly, Wi-Fi. I thought it wouldn't really work, but at a speed of 10-20 Mbps and even video calls worked fine. I had enough for work (3rd floor)
- a small private balcony. For smokers, it's definitely a plus.
- there are towels, hangers, kettle, glasses
Minuses:
- of course, this is an old foundation and the renovation is not the first freshness
- at the check-out, they asked to pay extra for an early check-in. I was very surprised and showed the correspondence in Whatsapp, where the final cost was clearly announced. The issue was closed, but the unpleasant feeling remained. Always ask for the final cost in writing.
- view from the window (apparently, as luck would have it, I was not facing the sea)
- the lock was messed up, as a result, I couldn't close the door until I figured it out
- it's cold, but the air conditioner for heating solves the problem. However, it can be heard.
- there is no chair and table (only a small coffee table), there is no bedside table
- there are no toothbrushes, tea bags, hair dryer, and other small things like spoons, too
- periodically, there is no one at the reception
Overall, I think it justifies its price, so I got what I expected.
UPD: at the exit, they asked to pay extra for early entry. It's good that I had a WhatsApp conversation where the total amount of 8000 tenge was indicated. As a result, I didn't pay anything extra, but the unpleasant feeling remained. The rating of the hotel is "Normal".

The room key card should not be forgotten to be updated at the reception every afternoon. There is no hot water, there is warm water — a little warmer than room temperature, probably. Otherwise, everything is at the level of expectations from a Soviet hotel, and there is no point in finding fault with an adequate cost for this.

I was in a 2-room Suite with an old renovation and old furniture, a potbellied TV, and an old yellow refrigerator from the nineties. The room cleaning is not of high quality. In the hallway upstairs, in the built-in closet, there was a "hello" from the last guest in the form of an empty pack of cigarettes, and some kind of medicinal bubble from the fungus. There is a constant smell of smoke from the hood in the toilet. There is an interesting supply of soap and shampoo in the bathroom (photo attached). Of the advantages of the room: only the size of the room, 2 balconies and of course the view from the balcony to the sea sunrise and sunset! Breakfast consists of coffee/tea (you can have it with milk!), porridge (delicious) and a sandwich. I lived for several days, only the type of porridge changes. The staff is sad and apathetic. One of the girls spoke Russian poorly and pretended not to understand, falling asleep on the move. All admins have very long nails with bright varnish and false Eyelashes, this causes bad associations. There is a lobby bar in the lobby. I watched 2 times as a barmaid nurses a 3-year-old child in this lobby bar, all visitors can see it, because opposite the reception. and this is in the order of things. The only big plus is the location, it's a 7-minute walk to the embankment, everything is nearby.

Nostalgia covered me. I stayed here several times in the early 80s. It's convenient, everything is fine, but how many cockroaches were there!!!!!!!! However, then there were enough of them everywhere in Shevchenko (Oops, sorry, in Aktau). In general, I was very touched by the attitude of the locals to greenery. They could really have been beaten for harming the plantings. And as a result - the most beautiful pink city! That's how he stayed in my memory. I'd like to see how it is now...
