I never write negative reviews, but it is simply impossible to remain silent here. I would like to warn other buyers. A long-haired, dark-haired young girl was serving. From the first minutes, there was a dissatisfied face, a complete lack of desire to help. I came with a clear request: I need a fresh, not heavy fragrance. Instead of offering options, I was sent to sniff the pieces of paper that were already lying on the counter — it's unclear how long and what these flavors are. At some point, another girl came in with a request for a sweet powdery fragrance, and my test strips were simply taken away and given to her. They haven't brought me anything new in all this time. I had to go to the site myself, look for names and literally "beg" to let me smell what I was interested in. All this was done with such reluctance and irritation that it became simply unpleasant for me to be there. It seems that the person does not understand perfume at all, does not hear the client and frankly does not want to work. Then why take up a workplace?
