We had a rest with our son from September 13 to September 21, 2024. We liked the hotel. The territory is not large, but everything is very well thought out. I left a pleasant impression of the pier, where you can sunbathe and dive from it.
Very diverse and delicious cuisine. I try not to eat salads on vacation, but here all the salads were the freshest). Every day in the restaurant is dedicated to some kind of national cuisine: Mexican, Turkish, Italian, etc. The Italian day was sooo pleased: a diverse amount of seafood (crayfish, grilled shrimp, octopus, mussels) and varieties of 7 different fish, including salmon.
In general, on nutrition: there are food trucks throughout the hotel, where a variety of food is prepared throughout the day.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
According to the accommodation: we arrived, the hotel was on hold and our room was not ready. We were provided with a room of the above category: family duplex. The rooms are not the newest, but clean and well maintained. I always leave a small tip for the cleaning staff. They made surprises for me every day from towels and flowers, then an elephant, then a dog)). Pleasantly
A wonderful SPA. And a very nice and attentive girl who works at the reception.
What I didn't like: the obsessive sellers of fur coats and gold, whom I always wanted to avoid. If you pass by, you know that you have to fight off the offer to go to the factories.

An excellent hotel, the infrastructure is in good condition, if you look closely, you can find flaws, but not critical ones.
The service is excellent, the staff is friendly, most of them communicate in Russian, if necessary, you can switch to English.
The kitchen is good, there is a constant part of the menu, and there are themed dishes every day.
The first line, the beach is pebbly, the depth is gaining quickly. The pool is shallow, more child-oriented.

We were with my husband from 03/01-03/15/2025.
We have already vacationed in Turkey 6 times. Each time out of season (in autumn and spring), and each time in a different hotel. But the previous times were in Side.
This is my first time in Kemer. We immediately fell in love with both the town and the hotel.
But first about the hotel. Everything in it is a solid five.
The staff is very friendly, responsible and helpful.
The rooms, although small, are cozy, clean, and comfortable. Orthopedic pillows are provided free of charge upon request. Which was a big plus for me.
Restaurants have a special respect! The food is high-quality, varied, and delicious. There was red fish every day. A good selection of cheeses. There are a lot of snacks and hot dishes. Abundance of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. I don't say anything about desserts at all, it's impossible to try everything in 2 weeks. And in this regard, I can't help but point out one drawback of the hotel - there are no scales in the rooms. And this is a necessary thing with such a diet! That's why we have to take them with us, because of the 6 hotels in Turkey that we have visited over the past 3 years, only one "Elegance" in Side had them.
I really liked the large number of relaxation areas with armchairs, sofas, pillows, etc. You don't have time to settle down somewhere, the waiter immediately comes up to you and offers you something: tea, coffee, alcohol, cocktails, etc.
What really pleased me was the presence of a chat. The thing is very convenient! Communication with the reception was almost instantaneous. No need to call, explain, or ask. You present your problem in a chat in Russian, of course, and in a few minutes you get an answer! And in the morning - information about all the activities at the hotel. Wonderful!
Well, in the end, I didn't like it anyway. This is the location of the hotel. The Internet indicated that the center was 500 meters away. In fact, this is not the case. The promenade along the sea is at least 1 km away, and the central charming shopping street is 2 km away. And this should be taken into account when choosing a hotel.

The hotel is small but cozy. When choosing, the following were important: modern interior, cleanliness of rooms and grounds, high-quality food, proximity to the center of Kemer, etc. We were satisfied with all the points. I want to note that all the staff is friendly and smiling. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of types of aqua sports: gymnastics, jumping, mats, etc. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a large selection of ice cream in a package and not only. Very tasty handmade chocolates and candies. Excellent coffee and desserts in coffee shops.

. A great city hotel! I've been in it 4 times already. Despite the high season, there are no queues, there are many foreigners, but the difference in service is not felt. There is a lot of delicious and varied food, especially for lunch. Freshly squeezed orange juice and red fish are served for breakfast. At lunch, there is a food court: shawarma, burgers, Mexican cuisine, noodles, dumplings, baby potatoes. There is a lot of imported alcohol in bars. There are two coffee shops on the territory, one of them is on the beach, I really liked it! The beach is small, but there was enough space for everyone. Another feature of the hotel is a small pontoon next to the beach, autumn loved to sunbathe on it)
Civilization is nearby) within a 10-minute walk there are shops for clothes, sweets, souvenirs. There is also the port of Kemer nearby, you can go on an excursion.

A luxury hotel compared to others. Nice rooms, beautiful lobby, excellent and friendly service! The first line. A good evening program. Great location, everything is nearby. Great food!
I just don't advise you to go there with your children. There is no animator, a small territory. For children only water slides, table tennis. There is a volleyball court on the beach, but no one organized the games with me. For adults (ladies) there are daily sports workouts, but in an inconvenient place (a small lawn under the sun, by which everyone walks. It would be better to spend it upstairs in a bar on the street, where a disco takes place in the evenings until 00 h.. only there at the end you can install an awning from the sun.

After some countries, the Turkish 5* feels like 4 at best, but it was in the doubletree that we had a great rest! All the staff was megapositive, there are many zones in the hotel, so there is no large crowd of people anywhere. The cuisine is so-so, but the choice is varied, and personally I really liked the Turkish cuisine at the hotel, unlike the Japanese)) and the sea was just clean and the temperature was perfect!

A wonderful hotel. Cozy territory. Very attentive staff and customer support. (Special thanks to Maksat for his attention to our issues and their prompt solution). The food is excellent and varied. The evening show program is excellent. The beach is clean.
Before this hotel, I had a rest in the RIXOS hotel chain. I have never regretted choosing this hotel for a vacation! It is in no way inferior and in some ways superior ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing 😍 Just returned from vacation and we are very happy! A beautiful beach and pier is a separate love. A gorgeous swimming pool with a beautiful territory. Food 24/7 😂 The food is great, a huge selection, I liked the food festival system with food trucks at lunch.Excellent service, waiters on roller skates by the pool drive up to you and ask what you will have. Alcohol is of high quality: both Chivas and Glenmorange, gin is also made from Bombay and Gordons. Different evening recreation options: shows in the amphitheater, piano and other instruments in other areas, and clubs inside, and parties on the second floor on the street above the sea. But after 12 at night, it's quiet, nothing prevents you from sleeping.

We stayed at the hotel from the middle to the end of June. We were satisfied, the staff made every effort and made sure that the atmosphere of "home" was felt!
All the slightest casual situations were resolved and a compromise was found.
The design of the hotel, the views of the mountains, the sea are incredibly beautiful!
We watched interesting shows/programs every evening, there was a disco party on Fridays, the scenery and the atmosphere were at an excellent level!
There was a good selection of food, especially at lunch according to the food truck system and every evening for dinner there was cuisine from different countries. Live music on the street in the restaurant area and near the lobby/reception. There is a cafe on the territory of the hotel and the beach with delicious drinks and desserts. Water activities every day with a different program and for every taste!)
Convenient location of the hotel, close to the center of Kemer and shops.

An excellent hotel, the location is good, the staff is pleasant, responsive, the hotel itself is in good condition, but the restaurant is like a "dining room" - half of the chairs are plastic, the floor is terrible tiles mixed with just a concrete floor (there are no tablecloths)- therefore 4 stars. Also, who cares about the air conditioner, keep in mind that it turns off at night, probably because of energy savings.
The food is different, i.e. if you want fish for breakfast, then you should not come by 7 in the morning, preferably by 9. All the beauty of the food that bloggers have, in the form of crabs, crayfish, usually once a week and lie on the street. Food poisoning with a sick stomach in the heat, a large amount of dairy in ready-made food is provided to you. There is a small room for children, but with air conditioning. For food, for children, a meat-free beam, yogurt and a cocktail in a package. You will not find boiled without spices, you need to ask the chefs separately, for this they have a plus.

A wonderful hotel. We had a rest during the May holidays, 2023. There was nothing to complain about my whims. Everything is at the highest level. Food - a wide variety of goodies, at any time of the day, is enough. Red fish for breakfast, ice cream without time limits, a delicious lunch organized in country style, cuisines of the whole world, something new and delicious every day. Drinks are both European and locally produced. Only the list of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails is off the charts. Everything is for check-in and not to try, the cocktail list is provided in the bar's wine list. Bartenders are virtuosos. The staff is friendly, attentive, however, in Russian, at the beginning of the season there are not enough speakers, but this did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the bed linen has already been changed on the 3rd day. Refilling the bar with drinks every day. There is a kettle in the rooms with drinks provided: tea and coffee. The beach is large, wooden scaffolding throughout, and the culmination of the hotel: a chic pier, both with paid sun loungers and free ones. The animation in the hotel is also decent, there are a lot of daytime entertainment, there is a tennis court, table tennis and billiards tables, all free of charge, with good equipment. Every evening there are concert performances, a disco and live music in the lobby bar. A 5+ hotel! Thank you for your hospitality.-))) I recommend it!

I recommend the hotel for those who do not like a large area, there are small slides , comfortable sun beds , bars with imported alcohol , chips , nuts , a coffee shop where you can have a snack with sandwiches , sweets. The room has all the tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar. It should be noted that the beds there are simply incomparable , you just drown in them , so comfortable mattresses and nice linen . There is not much food , there is no different unnecessary mess , but everything is high - quality and delicious .

I was at this hotel at the end of July 2023. I liked almost everything: a compact hotel with a small territory. It is very convenient and close to move in the heat from the hull to the sea. The hotel is cozy and clean. The rooms are modern and large. There are a lot of sun beds on the sea, there are enough for everyone.
I didn't really like the organization of meals at lunches and dinners. They cook outside, where it is very hot. The food melts in the sun. There were almost no fish. The meat is all fried/overcooked. The wine is not delicious. I haven't tried any other alcoholic beverages.But there are a lot of fruits: watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, cherries, etc. There is a place to drink tea/coffee with cakes.

A very nice hotel.Excellent service.The food is good, there are separate areas, an ice cream parlor, a beer hall, a coffee shop. There are sun beds on the beach, no need to borrow at 7 am.Upon arrival, the Russian-speaking manager makes a group with you in Whatsapp and you can solve any issues (for example, if there is no sunbed, they will put it to you.But we always had enough.)And they send the program of the day.The center of Kemer is a 7-minute walk away.Very convenient.I recommend.

Turkey is different!
I liked this particular hotel with a combination of delicious food + attentive and friendly staff, if you do not know what you want for breakfast, lunch or dinner - you are here, as there is absolutely everything! According to the number of rooms, not all rooms overlook the sea, but sometimes this is a plus. There are discos on the beach area, and if the windows isolate the sound, then the light show - it is necessary to close the curtains.... and the sea is not visible again. I had windows overlooking the mountains - it was quiet and cozy. Drinks (alcoholic and tea with coffee) are quite decent. Bar counters at every turn. The beach - you don't have to go anywhere. It is in the hotel (less than 100 meters) and even if the hotel is fully occupied, it is free. This allows you to relax and no one will block the sun. There is not much place to walk in the city, but knitwear, souvenirs and sweets shops are at every turn. EVERYONE speaks Russian. Absolutely.
Antalya Airport is an hour and a half away, maximum. There is also a SPA, but there was no- there just wasn't enough time - they say it's great.

We were really looking forward to this holiday, but everything did not work out from the very beginning. To be honest, we did not expect this from this hotel.
The cons outweigh the pros. We arrived at 11:00, we were checked in only after 14:00. The rooms are not the first freshness. The bed linen is all torn, the bathrobes are dirty, there is mold on the seams in the bathroom.
But the "best thing" is that on day 4, the whole family and the child had a terrible poisoning with all the ensuing consequences! This has never happened, although it is the 4th time we have been to Turkey. The poisoning happened after brown foam formed in the sea, and the hotel staff simply stirred the foam with a scooter. It was a shock! Maybe it's a coincidence.
There are flies everywhere on the food, disgusting!!!
There is no dietary food here, so if you are lactose intolerant or something else, you should not come here. For lunch, exclude fast food in food tracts, but you can take a kumpir without everything and a salad. There is a lot of food outside, when everything spoils instantly in this heat! I feel sorry for the people who work in the tracts in this heat.
The whole grilled fish was raw inside several times! If you suddenly have stomach problems or you are with a child, then you will have nothing to eat here for lunch and dinner.
Salmon for breakfast appeared only after 8:30-9:00, when breakfast starts at 7:00. I do not understand such a selective action when many tourists wake up very early!
On the first day, I was electrocuted when I turned on the backlight on the bathroom mirror with dry hands, there was a bare wire under the glass, I did not see it. We wrote to the manager, they apologized in words, the next day they came and wrapped the bare wire with duct tape. Yesterday, my husband went to get ice cream, a cart was leaving and a glass rolled off it, which broke and fell on people around and my husband's legs, fortunately without injuries.
An ambulance took someone away every day, it's terrible, we sincerely sympathize with the vacationers.
At night, the air conditioner turns off in the room several times, and the feather blankets, you sleep in a nightmare, you had to wake up and turn it on. We think they are doing this specifically to save energy.

There are many places on the beach and near the pool, excellent work of the staff, especially in the restaurant and lobby, thank you for our comfortable stay! Great music in the evenings in the lobby, beautiful views and locations. There are air conditioners everywhere, good wifi (I had to work), high-quality alcohol, but there were no Sheridans and baileys, maybe something else. Good desserts and coffee, like from a coffee shop.
Unfortunately, we will never go to this hotel again and we will remember with disappointment, especially because we spent 5 days out of 10 days in the room. I sincerely do not recommend it to anyone, if you do not want to have a "wonderful" vacation, it is better to choose Barut or Akra, where everything is perfect!
