We arrived at this hotel and booked on the Biblioglobus website. I arrived at 7 p.m., the room was not ready. We got the impression that no one was waiting for us. On the eve of the flight, we had dinner canceled and compensated for it, but on the spot it turned out that lunches were carried in the room. We refused and applied for a refund for the meals. The rooms are a separate story. We got a nice room with a separate kitchen, almost flat. From cons to rooms, everything is very old. The iron and towel were missing. The food is bad, it is better to take it without food. Everything is very spicy and not tasty. It is located 5 km from the bay. Take a taxi only (15-20 dirhams each way). The bay is gorgeous, the promenade is beautiful, there are few people, there is a shower and a toilet. In general, if you don't get hung up on the hotel, it's not bad. But when you're expecting a 5+ hotel, of course, you get stressed. This is a maximum 3 hotel. Among the advantages: nearby a cafe, an exchange office in a mall, shops. People are very nice, they try to help. The staff at the hotel are Pakistanis, we don't understand anything, and neither do we) There are not enough staff, the rooms are very dirty. They don't change the bed, they don't bring water and paper, they don't take out the trash. The tour operator did a great job, we were met by taxi, all issues were quickly resolved. Once again, I am glad that I bought it through Biblioglobus. Manifest company also performed well here. Yashar is a very good hotel guide, special thanks to him. If I had gone to Fujairah for the second time, I would never have come to this hotel. 😄
