A nice hotel with a cool design. Frescoes a la Renaissance and intricate corridors. Delicious dessert in the pub (brownie with cream). There's a pool somewhere. The rooms are large. The room is clean, there is drinking water as a compliment. There is a supermarket within walking distance.
Of the cons: breakfast is meager. Although it's a buffet. But, everyone is cooking scrambled eggs and porridge, so you can eat.
In the evening, the restaurant sold sour beer for cosmic money. However, to the credit of the institution, they did not take the money for the beer and took the sour meat.
Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. I recommend it!

Excellent hotel, the room price includes a Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. The breakfast is very varied. Quiet and cozy, excellent polite staff, cleanliness everywhere. I think I will not be mistaken if I say that this is the best hotel in Aktobe. I really liked that there are chains on the doors, I don't really trust electronic locks, but at least some kind of illusion. What can be improved? I would like liquid antibacterial soap, instead of these pieces wrapped in cellophane, but this is so, quibbles, I generally recommend it.

I was at the hotel on July 22, 2022, passing through. I really liked it! Excellent staff, the room price includes a swimming pool with a sauna, which was very useful, since I was from work, and I needed to relieve tension. By the way, they have a massage, it is Paid, but it was done professionally, I recommend it! Breakfast is included in the price, but it's probably everywhere now. Buffet, standard set, everything is nutritious. The room was taken as a standard single room, everything is in it, a bathrobe, soap accessories and so on. I recommend the hotel!

The service at the hotel is for 4, firstly, guests are not greeted, and secondly, for a long time you have to wait for a response to a call from the staff. The staff is generally executive, but inhibited, they do everything for a long time. The food is high-quality, fresh, but the variety does not have an assortment, so there are also 4. The rooms should have been updated and renovated with better quality. Some rooms have a cigarette smell, so I rate the rooms at 3. Cleanliness is also at 4. The breakfasts are good, here the rating is 5. The pool should be updated and made bigger, firstly it is too small, and secondly there is not enough lighting, here I rate at 3. The location is excellent, the city center, in in the courtyard of storey buildings, the noise of cars is almost inaudible and here the score is 5. In general, I can't say that I'm great, it won't work well either, because there are certain points that should be emphasized, so the average score is 3, that is, it's fine.

I think this is one of the best accommodation options in Aktobe. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, the hammam and swimming pool did not work during the stay, and the prices for the SPA are overpriced even by the standards of the capital. But they did upgrade the room. I recommend.

The only hotel I've been to in Kazakhstan and Aktobe in particular. Very beautiful, all Baroque-rococo (in paintings and gold), pleasant staff. There is a swimming pool and a sauna, a great place to stay overnight in this city. I advise you to stay here if possible ;)

I liked everything, except that there was ice water in the pool.
Friendly staff, I would like to have a cleaner room, not a bathroom. The sofa and table were pushed back, they did not vacuum under it, the water in the shower does not have time to leave.
There is a park nearby, though only in the evening after 18-19h it comes to life.
