I applied to the university about admission to Dubai, they told me everything, but I refused, they call every week and clarify why, super intrusive, a normal university does not have so much time to call every victim who gave a phone number to this university. The selection apparently goes by the criterion of "the most intrusive", it's just awful

Everything is wonderful: a beautiful, modern and clean university.
The teachers here are very pleasant, and there are opportunities for development in this university. All projects and works are supported by the University and even help to improve them.
When I enrolled, 1.5 years ago, I heard a lot of negative feedback from friends and other people who don't study here. I decided to take a chance and enroll. In addition, I understood that when choosing a university, you need to look not only at the reviews, but also at the teachers and the rating. For me, reviews were not the most important factor when choosing a university. After all, according to reviews, you can't choose a good university. All good universities have negative reviews, if you look at them, you won't get anywhere.
I did not regret my decision by enrolling here and moving here.
I am grateful to Synergy University for the opportunities it gives me.

I can say a lot about Synergy Dubai University, I want to say right away do not believe the information about the cost of living in Dubai from synergy employees, almost all departments (from. care, career center, etc.) lie, students in 70% of cases leave and transfer to Moscow spending a lot of money on it, department employees may not respond for hours for urgent messages, expect about $ 800 for housing and this is only a bed in an apartment where there will be 7 people, and it is not a fact that all Russians can be Palestinians with Pakistanis and natives of India, you will be offered cheaper, for example, for 900 dirhams, we can rent a bed where about 30 people will live and there are such cases. I was going to transfer to Moscow, they tell me I need to close my visa, the cost of closing is 750 dirhams + I need to live somewhere 150 dirhams per bed, per day , + eat + minimum purchases in the store for a day at a minimum it's 60 dirhams, the result is I sit and eat not a little money when my visa is canceled for 6 days I I am waiting for the cancellation, on the 6th day the person who was engaged in the cancellation from the care department suddenly goes on vacation, the other departments do not know anything about the cancellation, all correspondence and documents are there, I put two stars for the interior and for table football on campus

Good afternoon, the problems continue, what I wrote is not all, it becomes more a question of work. New problems: 1) I transferred from MosAP to Synergy Dubai for the second year, but when I decided to transfer back, it turns out that no one at my university had heard about my transfer and they charged me a fine for non-payment (they promised me that they would do it themselves) . 2) after the deduction, the staff immediately sent documents to the bank for reviewing my loan, and from an educational loan it turned into a consumer loan with a monthly fee of 35 rubles (although in a good way it is necessary to first recalculate that the person repaid part of the loan and then submit documents to the bank). 3) recalculation and refund of funds should be begged from employees, if I did not ask questions every day, then perhaps they would not have sent me statements (they answer once a day, find new excuses). 4) Will there be a refund within 45 days? So the staff wrote to me, according to the law, a refund for the service must be made within 10 days. The employees are not competent in their work, perhaps only I have come across such people and everyone else knows their job, but I doubt it.
I do not want to go to court and to educational institutions in both Russia and Dubai, but the situation forces me, if there is nothing to change before December, I will not unsubscribe from the instance.

In February, I found an advertisement in Yandex Zen, decided to look to find out what and how, but I could only leave my mail and phone, well, I left it, within an hour they called, described it superficially and transferred it to a personal manager, discussed everything with him, then they transferred the girl who works there and accepts people to the "curator", she asked who I was / what I was and what I wanted from life, well, I described it as it is and everything was fine with everyone, they said that I was kind of very cool and they just need such students. It was already the end of the month and they were just recruiting and I managed to apply for the "promotion" so that I could have some benefits there. They issued it almost immediately, they said that they could take out an educational loan with state support (I also issued it).
It seems that everything is fine so far?!
I took shape for September 2024, I did not want to rush anywhere, while spring was coming I managed to rethink and get scared of nerves several times, the personal manager helped me with this normally, supported me for which I thank him as a person.
That's all there is to it!
Then my plans changed (if anything, my memory is good and therefore I describe it in such detail) and I had to move to another city several thousand KM from home and implement other Previously planned plans, which I just notified the manager on MAY 17!!!
There +- brainwashing quickly began.
At first, they reacted adequately, called several times, tried to convince me, said that it was possible to postpone admission, etc., to which I replied negatively.
Also, one cunning and "dishonest" dispatcher began to say that I would have to pay a PENALTY in the amount of 2% or about 22k \ R since more than 15 days have passed since the signing of the contract, BUT nothing was written in the contract and the Bank was also told that nothing would have to be paid, except for the already accumulated interest (15k/r).
I also continued to demand that the money be returned and the contract be terminated.
Then they agreed and tried to brainwash a little more.
Later, they threw off the form to fill out (details), but WHY? I still did not understand, because they actually had to return the money not to me, but to the BANK (since the bank directly gives money to the university), then it turned out that this was not the case and they threw it off again only to another person (it was already necessary to fill out this application for the rector).
I finally did it all (though I was stupid and first threw off not my banking details, but THEM, since I filled out a receipt from the bank), and WAITED
FOR JUNE! JULY! I wrote /called managers / dispatchers (by the way, during this period they just removed their Russian number from here right from here) and NOTHING, they just said that they were working on it there.
And now it's AUGUST 6th! (it all started on MAY 17th) I was finally able to get through to the financial department (since I managed to save the number, which they removed) and they said that they were waiting for them to draw up a document on termination of the contract (interestingly, they have been making docks for several months), well, okay, I thought, and by some MIRACLE the next day on the MORNING of August 7 they call me and say that the necessary application was sent to my email. I quickly checked and oh YES this is IT, I printed it out as quickly as I could, filled it out and threw it back to them.
Do you think that's it? Did they return the money immediately?
I waited for almost two weeks, I had to call there again, they said that everything should have been ready and that I should call the Bank already. "Well, OK," I thought, it was Friday and I decided that I would not touch the bank employees on the weekend.
On Monday morning, I checked in the application and YES, from 1.5+ million / r there were only 15k/r left and I returned them to the bank.
This is almost the end of the story
Yesterday, 08/23/2024, I got a call and was told that I was interested in Applying! Funny, isn't it?
I've been demanding a refund all summer and they're talking about my admission here) and laughter and sin!
I had grandiose plans for this summer, but since I had a load of +- 1.5 million rubles on me, I was on my nerves 24h/7d and couldn't do anything normally arriving in a semi-conscious state, "THANKS" to Synergy for a Great Summer!

I'm going through their so-called "Code of the future" 2023 in the direction of JavaScript. Previously, this program was available for free only to students at school. To date, this program is also available for college students. So, I wanted to go through this program so much, I thought it was a cool University and planned to go on to study by correspondence with them after college. Now my opinion about this university has deteriorated. I do not know how things are with paid programs, but specifically with the free program "Code of the Future" things, to put it mildly, are bad. The material is not of high quality, webinars are conducted by an inexperienced specialist, some failures are constantly in the video, the picture is terrible. I'm upset. So not only that, I came to learn how to program, and we have a stupid month of LAYOUT! And finally, I would like to note the disrespect of the curators, they communicate on YOU, they speak in an unpleasant tone. I hope that after all, this university will change for the better. I do not recommend even trying online training for FREE.
