A good hotel in its price segment. It's warm, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant. There is a bit of a problem with hot water pressure. Delicious breakfasts like grandma's at home!

The living room is not cleaned up,ants are everywhere and cockroaches come out of the sockets, the shower is completely working, the breakfasts are not tasty at all,no towels,no brushes or toothpaste,the staff is not kind at all,rude,they asked for boiling water, rolled their eyes and said not our problems,they asked for cleaning and changed the already dirty laundry, they said no Then there 's a dead fly on the windowsill, rancid water in the fridge, in a blackened mold, and an apple in the bedside table that 's rotten . 💆♀️

The air conditioner is faulty in the room it is hotter than outside, the rooms need repair. The bed is narrow. The TV shows several channels. There is a refrigerator. The towel and bed linen are clean and smell nice. Poor sound insulation. There is breakfast. Mosquitoes will drink your blood.

We lived as a sports team for several days. The attitude of the administrator and staff is good. The rooms are not bad, 2-bed. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning.
The restaurant is satisfactory.
However, there are disadvantages. The squeamish won't like it))
Ants and flies are everywhere, even in the restaurant. And what is more of a parasite, the brush is not cleaned or changed anymore🤦
And in general, this is one of the best budget hotels in Kyzylorda.

We visited 5 hotels from 14,000 to 24,000 tenge . This turned out to be the best. Friendly staff. A good breakfast. Clean linen and towels and bathrobes. In terms of cleanliness, it is clean from 5 to 4.5 solid. , in other hotels it was dirtier and here the furniture is normal , not shabby as in hotels of 20,000 to 24,000 and a very excellent mattress. Good shower, and water pressure. There is a parking lot. Thanks .

After the train, I wanted to wash myself, but there was no water pressure, having sprayed my body, I waited a long time for water to wash off, the heating in the room was weak, those. The radiators are slightly hot, the windows are blowing, the children are sick! On the first day, breakfast was terrible-the table was set at 7 a.m. and the porridge was laid out accordingly, of course, by 9 when we came to breakfast, the porridge was not only tasteless on the water, but also icy! No one ate anything (from the children) in the plate were: 1 sausage, 1 piece of cheese, 1 slice of tomato, 1 circle of cucumber, 2 cookies, 1 rakhatovsky bar, 1 egg!

The room did not look very clean and was very tired. The disgusting light from the cold light bulbs screwed into the chandelier. There is no way to turn on the dimmed light. Either for all or nothing). The bottles of shampoo and shower gel were half full ) - probably leftovers from previous guests. In response to the remark, the staff was surprised - well, how? that's it - there are remnants of shampoo, so it's normal. Towels are mismatched, TV does not catch, Wi-Fi is very weak. The reception staff is very friendly. There is a good restaurant in the hotel building.
