I love Nike and always choose this brand in different countries for its quality, especially shoes. But today I ran into an unpleasant situation in the store: at the checkout, an employee (senior or manager) rudely and in raised tones scolded a young employee in the presence of customers. It looked extremely unethical and humiliating. As a client, it was embarrassing for me to watch this. Such things directly affect the company's image. It is very important that respect for employees is not only in words. Separately, I would like to address the employee who committed this behavior: I recommend reading the book Shoe Salesman by the founder of Nike, it is useful for understanding the company's values and attitude towards people. I ask the management to pay attention to the behavior of the staff and the internal culture of communication I'm taking 1 star off because of such an employee.
