Stayed here for 4 days, overall I enjoyed the stay. The staff is super friendly and super helpful everywhere - on reception, in restaurant and in hotel facilities The location is great - 5 minutes walk from seaside, 20 min walk to historical sites Breakfasts were outstanding The minor disadvantage is that in spa and gym the lighting is very low and it made it quite creepy to go there alone

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. They advertise a swimming pool, which they have, but is extremely small, not conducive to swimming.

The hotel is not up to 5 stars. There are few towels in the room, no bathrobes, dental kits. With a double occupancy, they put hygiene kits for one. The upholstery of the chair is stained, it should have been changed a long time ago if it is impossible to clean it. The duvet cover had a hole.
