Tahir is very bad man in this hotel reception. Bad behavior and insulting behavior too.
He is black mark on Beautiful hotel's Name. Kick him out.

The hotel is purely for short stops.
Breakfast every day is absolutely monotonous ( sausages . eggs ) . Food plates and coffee mugs were often missing . Queues are frequent .
The hotel charges a hotel tax of 15 derham per room per day.
Even in non-smoking rooms, there is a very strong stale smell of smoking - very poor ventilation.
There are a lot of local people staying at the hotel , a lot of Indians , Kazakhs , and few Russians .
Room cleaning for 4 (daily shampoo, shower gel , toothbrushes , soap, no hair balm, bathrobe-if you ask for it) !
There is an ice-cold swimming pool on the roof of the hotel! There is a small Jacuzzi - the water is warm in it.
There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, all communication is only through an interpreter. There is a luggage storage and there are scales for weighing a suitcase.
There is a daily transfer to Kate beach - check out from the hotel at 11:00 and pick up back from the beach at 15:30. There were enough places for everyone
The nearest supermarket is a 10-15-minute walk from the hotel.
There is no civilization near the hotel . There are practically no cafes or shops in the vicinity of the hotel .
The location of the hotel is a long way from Mestro station, about 20-25 minutes on foot - this is the main and big disadvantage. I'm definitely not going back to the hotel anymore.
