I booked a trip to Berdyansk for 3 days, but as a result, I was boarded on the last day! I booked a place a week in advance, just in time for my vacation. Two days before departure, they called me at eight o'clock in the evening to clarify whether I was going or not. And when it turned out that I was from Krasnodon, difficulties arose. "I'll think about it and I'll dial you tomorrow" - that's what I was told. The next day, silence. I wrote in a telegram, they told me that the manager remembers me and will contact me. As a result, the day before departure, they write to me that they can't take me because I'm from Krasnodon and that the bus is designed for a small number of people! The manager didn't even discuss it with me, but I had the option to stay in Lugansk overnight so that I could be picked up from there with everyone. Of course, I was offered an alternative- to go to Logo + Venice and stay in a single room, but sorry! Where is the Logo, and where is the sea?! Many people, like me, will plow all summer and won't even see the sea! There was an opportunity, but the managers did not behave correctly! I work as a manager myself and I know what it is and how it is! Think a few times before booking something here!!! P.S. Later it turned out that some family decided at the last moment to take a child with them and they gave my place to him, but I was dumped 👍
