They cleaned almost every day, and sometimes we asked them not to. There was always new water on cleaning days. There was a kettle, mugs and tea in the room. The room was nice, not shabby. But there was a drawback - the noise from the street. Although the windows overlooked the courtyard, you could still hear the police dispersing people with a sound closer to night. And if you came across loud neighbors, you could hear them too.

We stayed at the hotel in April of the 26th year. I chose by location and type. I specially took a room with a view of the Bosphorus. It's gorgeous. Very convenient location, friendly staff. The room is large, but it's already very obvious that it's tired. They didn't respond immediately to the request to fix the safe, but I decided not to remind them anymore. We stayed at this hotel in January 2026 while visiting Istanbul for a tourist purpose. The urban-type hotel is located on a busy tourist street, a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square and the Istanbul Metro station of the same name. The service and attitude of the staff are three-fold. Be prepared to remember your "bad English" if you decide to book this hotel. The breakfasts are very monotonous, the coffee is not from the coffee machine. Formally, the hotel satisfies its 4 stars: there is a sauna, a pool on the ground floor. There is also a hammam, but when we went to look, it was cold. The rooms are fresh, the plumbing is new. If you are "lucky" to check into rooms 1105, 1205, 1305, etc., be prepared for the sad view from the windows of the neighboring building and the courtyard fenced on all sides: the view from the window is in the photo. When I asked about a room change, the madam at the reception replied that a room with a "sea view" costs 20 euros per day extra charge). So, due to the poor attitude of the staff towards Russian-speaking guests, I will not recommend this hotel.
