I want to share honest review about the Renty company, I have taken 3 different cars in 2 months and the most annoying and disappointing part is that ALL 3 TIMES there were serious delays (2-3 hours) upon agreed time and I had to cancel my plans and activities! I mean you agreed to receive car at 10 am, you have your plans and you sit still and wait almost half a day to get it 🤝🏻 Especially it’s highly frustrating when you have to sorry to other people when it’s not your fault. Nobody of their team warned me in advance or offered any compensation or other solution to solve this problem! I believe that it’s absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable. Cars in general in good condition when you choose fresh models, however, they are dirty inside and some already have minor defects.

Very cool whatsapp customer support, they speak 5 languages. Everything is extremely simple and fast, they are located close enough to the center. I recommend it, they meet you halfway when you take a car for a long time
