The hotel is fine overall. Careful and attentive staff across the place. I will specifically highlight an excellent job of a housekeeper who serviced our room for the most part of our stay (can't remember his name) and the concierge Malik.
Breakfast buffet is nice, but does miss some premium options like smoked salmon, etc. We also had a couple of leaks in the bathroom - one upon the first day of arrival (got fixed quickly) and another one by the end of our stay. Another thing is shower. Not sure about other room categories, but the ones in a standard room category are designed in a way that allows for water go down on the floor if you are not careful enough while showering. So that was a bit annoying.
One last thing. This hotel recognizes its guests' birthdays by presenting them with a nice birthday cake, which is great. However, the only issue is that this property does not actually keep track of guests' birthdays, so in order to make sure you or your friend gets this treat on their birthday is to approach the front desk and let them know about this occasion. And while it's probably not a big deal when you wanna let them know of someone's birthday, but it definitely feels awkward to go to the front desk and be like "it's my birthday today, do you guys do something from your behalf to make my day special", which was my case actually.
I work in the hotel myself (albeit in a different country), but what we do to keep track of our guests' birthdays is quite straightforward - take their birthday info from passports upon their check in.

Nice hotel, good location. It’s an older building, renovated inside. Has it’s own beach, have to walk 5-7 from the hotel. Overall good experience.

A great hotel! A wonderful vacation ) Polite staff. Check-in and check-out in 5 minutes) the room is very cozy and clean! Daily cleaning with a change of bed linen! All accessories were updated daily and drinking water was replenished every day) Quite a variety of breakfasts, lots of fruits and cheeses) there is an opportunity to have dinner for 100 dirhams per person, which we used 1 time, because it was just something - too much delicious food)))
The sea is close, the beach is clean, the sun beds are comfortable! Umbrellas and towels are free!
But, but the water is paid, although we were not warned about this - and at the same time a 1l bottle costs 25 dirhams (in the store the exact same bottle cost 1.25 dirhams) we took 4 bottles and then the bar employee ran after us so that we paid 100 dirhams - 2800 rubles , for this water it is trash.. ((
There is a restaurant on the beach, it is very romantic - on the day of our visit there was live music (French songs) and fireworks ! It was amazing!
Also, there are water activities on the beach - we also took advantage of them! We also really liked the Ferrari trip to the island, where we watched fish with masks!!
Overall, the hotel is very decent! Conveniently located- there are many attractions, cafes and shops nearby! There is an alcohol and grocery store within walking distance!
The PRICE-quality ratio is consistent! I wholeheartedly recommend it for a visit!

We chose this hotel because of its location, very convenient, close to the beach, its own territory with pools. There is a separate children's and adult-only swimming pool. A fitness room, hammam, sauna, and Jacuzzi were also included in the price, but we did not use it. The hotel itself requires restoration, there is an unpleasant smell in the lobby and corridors of the hotel, the windows are dirty, it is not pleasant to look out of the window, although the view is beautiful to the sea. The rooms themselves are pretty good, everything you need is there.
We didn't take any delicious breakfasts and dinners.

The only advantage of this hotel is the beach club. It has an underground passage across the road, but it is very pleasant: lots of sun beds, convenient access to the sea, several pools, including a wave pool and a lazy river.
Everything else is bad.
The hotel is old, the elevators are tired.
The room is tiny without a balcony, the window is small, dirty and does not open. The only way to dry a swimsuit is in the bathroom - they don't dry out there.
The extra bed for the child was brought all stripped down.
It's a little gloomy in the hallway.
The bathroom is tiny and dark.
The cabinet doors creak.
The food in the hotel is good for three - you won't stay hungry, but you won't eat delicious either.
I do not recommend the hotel.

In general, I recommend the hotel. Radisson keeps the stamp. The reception staff speaks Russian. There is a connection number. We took breakfast, lunch, dinner- it was quite tasty, the drinks included apple, orange juice and water, coffee and tea in the morning, the rest for an additional fee. From the entrance of the hotel, an underground passage leads to a gorgeous beach, there are also swimming pools, spa, fitness, bar. There is a small shopping center nearby, a 30-minute walk to the Presidential Palace, 1 hour to the airport by taxi

The hotel is amazing, it has everything for a better stay: excellent location, a gorgeous beach with soft sun loungers in good condition, clean new rooms, friendly and friendly staff. And the most important thing!- several pools right on the shore with cooling, it's just a thrill to plunge into the coolness from the hot sea)) The sea is clean, the sand is fine, white, very beautiful view of Rixos Marina.
The close location to the sights and shopping center makes it convenient.
I recommend the hotel to those who appreciate comfort!

One of the advantages is the location. The beach is normal. Entering the sea is all in small shells, in shales - tolerable. Everything else is downside. The windows don't open, the air conditioner works strangely, it's very loud and 19 degrees is its only temperature. In fact, you are without fresh air and with a broken air conditioner. The cleaning is bad, and my grandmother used to use towels like this for rags. The windows are dirty. All faucets are flowing. They forget to bring towels, gels, etc., for some reason they have to ask. The drinking water in the room, which they pour into glass bottles from somewhere, tastes like some kind of chemistry, in plastic - for some reason, you also have to ask. The food is mediocre, tasteless, and monotonous. We took an all-inclusive package - this package includes several cheap cocktails and beer from alcohol. I don't know who gives this place a 5. And what are the 5 stars? For what? It's just an old joke with poor service.

If you come to the beach and walk, then the hotel is wonderful.
1. The beach is good through an underground passage. Closed territory, 3 swimming pools (with children, 18+ with mattresses and a DJ, with a sea wave and a lazy river) wi-Fi service works super everything is there.
2. The room service is the best, everything is always there, a whole table is brought, flowers are always compliments and even money can be exchanged if there are no locals but you want to eat
3. Jazz bar with live music.
4. Yes, all the sights are very close, either on foot or by taxi at minimum fares
5. Excellent staff and a very high level of service, care is felt
The hotel is not new
There are a lot of guests at breakfast on the weekend.
The windows don't open and are very dirty
There is little of hygiene, but they give everything on request.

The staff is just 🔥 the beach is small but clean, there are always sun beds. There is an amazing cafe on the beach with a very tasty Greek salad and brownies! Pina colada mmm! The staff at this cafe made the whole experience of your stay unforgettable!

I read the reviews and prepared for the worst, but apparently we were lucky :)
We booked the most common superior - two windows in the room, one with a sea view.
The food is good, it's true that I've had enough for a week, but in general it's very decent - without fast food. Meat, seafood, fruits.
The staff is as friendly as possible.
The fatigue of the hotel is felt, although it seems that the room has recently been renovated, something is broken somewhere. The socket, the light bulb, the plug in the sink, etc. do not work.. You call, you say, they fix it
The beach across the street is not very annoying. By distance, as through large areas of ordinary hotels.
There are children's and adult pools. The beach is sandy, but with rocks and crabs (although they hide in the sand). Small fish can sometimes be seen in the water.
Overall, I am completely satisfied. The price/quality definitely justifies itself.
There is nothing for children : (the food is almost all insular, no play, etc.
There is a small playground on the beach, which is not the most convenient. There is also a children's pool (it is good), but not a single small slide. There is a box of sand toys on the beach. But the sun beds on the first line are usually occupied in the morning, so keep an eye on the children only by sitting on a towel by the water.

A wonderful hotel, the food is just super, there are delicious and varied dishes for any, the most discerning taste. The rooms are sterile clean, the room was cleaned daily, it is impossible to make any comments with all the desire - there is simply nothing to complain about! Very beautiful, refined interior, beach and entertainment are beyond praise! The staff deserves a special word - we have never met such caring and attentive employees anywhere!

A small hotel in the first line with a private beach with several pools, a gym, a small water park and a restaurant. To visit all this, you need to cross the dorrga. The rooms are well equipped. The location was somewhat disappointing. Shops, cafes, shopping malls - all within a 15-minute walk. Definitely - I recommend the hotel to visit.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Of course, for Abu Dhabi and the Radisson chain, and even more so for blue. The usual solid four. Very weak by Turkish standards. In general, there is a normal beach club, by the way, it is across the street, if you take everything inclusive, then it is normal. If you buy more food and drinks separately, it will be much more expensive. The hotel itself is old. The windows don'T open. Definitely don't take the sea view. The road under the windows and sports cars will make your nights sleepless. The food is generally normal. No frills. We lived in the neighboring bab al Qasr, where the food was better. The staff is polite, everything is clean. A very decent gym. There are queues for breakfast and dinner.

Positive:
- good location, there are many places nearby where you can walk, the nearest mall is 15-20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop nearby. The airport is about 30 minutes away by taxi.
- very nice bed and bedding.
- nice slippers and bathrobe in the room
-there is an iron and ironing board
- they put drinking water on every day
- pleasant staff
-good room cleaning
-there are various restaurants nearby within walking distance
Minuses:
- the hotel is very tired, it can be seen that it has been working for a long time.
-small windows in the rooms
- there were nuances in the bathroom: the door did not close - you had to slam it with force, the handle from the faucet in the sink is located so that it closes all the time if you do not set the maximum water pressure.
-there are stains on the carpet and walls in the room
- the breakfasts are generally good, but rather monotonous: there are freshly squeezed juices, omelets and scrambled eggs are cooked. Not tasty pastries: croissants and buns (hard).
- there are few towels in the bathroom and no hooks for them (except for one in the shower)
- the beach and SPA are located across the street, which you need to go through an underground passage - 5-7 minutes. The territory is pretty and rather big compared to other hotels. The spa area is small, with a hammam and sauna. there is one shared Jacuzzi.
As a result, I would say that this is a normal 4 *, but not 5. But the cost of the hotel is acceptable

One of the disadvantages is the passage to the beach through an underground passage. The water on the beach is cloudy, dirty, and sometimes smelled of mud. We had a rest in the second week of April 2024. The hotel is where I stay on business trips. The usual network, comfortable, but no frills. There are a lot of guests, Europeans, Indians. On the first night, the children and I were accommodated in rooms at different ends of the third floor - there are no rooms for which we paid. The third floor is tired, old renovation. The next day, after a small scandal, they moved to the seventh floor in two rooms connected by a door. These rooms were newly renovated. There is a queue at the restaurant to enter if you arrive late. BUT: the hotel has a great beach with an aqua zone, it is convenient, the children are delighted. The beach compensated for the rest of the inconveniences.

Excellent Radisson. A huge selection of breakfast dishes, the interior is renovated, there is parking in front of the hotel, a tennis court and a swimming pool with a beach. However, the pool is located in the beach club across the street. There's a bar with drinks. If you are in Abu Dhabi, stay here!

We had a vacation with a girl in April last year. The hotel is renovated, the rooms are fresh and clean. Another advantage is the location, located near the Mall.
The menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner is monotonous, the cocktail bar in the hotel is so-so.
The beach area (it's across the street) - everything is fine here, there are no questions.
In my opinion, the hotel is still more suitable for business/work trips

Twenty minutes at a leisurely pace to the Marina Mall.
Embankment for evening walks.

A good hotel, worthy to be chosen among the neighbors. It is a little different from the neighboring ones in that it is low-rise).
Breakfast is not very big and very monotonous - you try everything in a week and start in a circle). If your room has access to the lounge, that's great. From 17.30 to 19.30, you can eat and drink quite well (the choice is quite decent and sufficient).
They clean decently, respond tolerably well to requests, if you write to a chat, and then call, then they react immediately). The beach is very decent, as decent as possible for the city center, much better than in nearby Conrad and Bab Al Kasar.
The Marina Mall is just a 20-minute walk away. There are good, delicious restaurants on the beach, along the Corniche, including on the beach of the hotel.
In general, the hotel is pleasant, comfortable, without frills, somehow cozy.

Nice hotel. A great beach across the street with pools, with a wave, excellent alterations, toilets. Everything is at a good level, however, the umbrellas are full of holes, not all of them. But they are no longer new. The hotel itself is good. We had a nice room. Maybe a little tired, but mostly quite good. They are cleaned every day. All accessories are changed and reported. A good restaurant. I liked the breakfasts. Lunch is not very good for me because I don't add so much vinegar to salads. There is a choice. I recommend.

An old tired hotel... small, dark rooms with low ceilings and one small window. The carpets are worn, the floor is scratched... the furniture is broken in many places... the faucet does not open normally ... it hardly pulls on 4* The only advantage is the location. We definitely won't go again.

First, about the disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms are small and ill-conceived for a 5-star hotel. There was a day when they "forgot" to clean the room. It was removed only after the third request. What a cherry on the cake- they ignored the birthday. Nothing at all, complete silence.

The hotel was destroyed, the toilet was leaking, there was a problem with towels, bottled water for drinking, I remember one teaspoon for two in the room. The air conditioner is tinny, humming like a tractor. The receptionist did not help to call a taxi. But the staff is very responsive, so I solved all the problems with the maids.
