Абсолютно бесполезное учреждение, чем они там занимаются, непонятно... Отношение к посетителям отвратительное. Телефон не берут, на почту не отвечают. Просто платим, ждём отказ и прощайте. Не обращайтесь, если вам жалко времени, денег и нервов. Через них вы визу всё равно не получите и не дождётесь. Просто потрачено...
