The pearl in Abkhazia is a real discovery for those who are looking for a cozy place near the sea. The location is just great: just a few steps from the beach. What is especially pleasant is the hotel's cafe, which serves homemade, delicious food. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, special thanks to Gemma, a very friendly and hospitable person! In general, Pearl is an ideal place to relax with family or friends. Comfortable rooms, excellent service and wonderful food make it an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy a vacation by the sea in Abkhazia. I recommend it to everyone!

It's all clear. The territory is well maintained. There is parking on site. The territory is closed. Breakfasts and dinners are dense))) The food is homemade. Dinner dishes have not been repeated in a week. For breakfast, porridge (rice and oats) + pancakes or cheesecakes (or something similar), you can take scrambled eggs or an omelet. The sea is nearby, the beach is clean. It's great for a relaxing family holiday. People said there was a sewer smell in the room, we didn't have it. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. There is a refrigerator and a hairdryer in the room. The hair dryer is very weak. The wish is that the towels are of the same color, and not of different colors. In principle, if you don't find fault with the little things, everything is fine. Most likely we will come again)

The food is great, the girls cook like at home, everyone is responsive. The hostess is always on the spot, you can ask for any question, and when she does not refuse, she will explain everything. Excellent recreation organization. The rooms are quiet, have everything for convenience: refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle. The beach is "just around the corner". It is a pity that there was no lookout, so that people from the private sector would not fit under the umbrellas of the hotel. The location is convenient, near a park, shops, near a market, a bakery. The city is quiet, beautiful nature, it's a pleasure to walk. There is always water in the hotel, the hospitable hostess Gemma took care of this -

Everything is wonderful! Very hospitable hosts!! The food is homemade. Everything is very tasty and the food is very varied every day. The rooms are cozy and clean. The territory is not completed, and the design of the rooms and the lobby is not very good. But it's not that important. There are parks, cafes, shops near the hotel. Convenient! The beaches are clean. Sun beds and inflatable circles are available. It is easy to walk to the beach. Stairs, concrete slabs on which you can walk to the shore. We liked everything. But I do not advise ordering soup "solyanka" there!!!!!

A very nice family-run hotel. Its own auditorium with a view of the sea and beautiful plantings, its own beach with umbrellas, its own sun beds. The sea is nearby.
Fireflies fly in the evening.
The staff is very friendly.
The rooms, the hotel and the beach are always clean.
Hearty and delicious meals (breakfast and dinner).
Within walking distance there is a market, a city embankment and a small but cozy park with a Ferris Wheel.
We are very glad that we got to this hotel!

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are cozy, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, and fumitox. There are also cups, a knife, a bottle opener and a corkscrew, in general-everything you may need. Its own cozy beach with free sun beds and umbrellas (blankets for sun beds are also provided). Very hospitable hostess Gemma and assistant Beck. Special thanks to them! The cuisine is delicious and varied. There are also very nice women working in the kitchen, thanks to them! The food is delicious, I don't know how this year, but last year we had lunch there too, because there was no point in looking for a better one - you just won't find it. Thanks to Gemma for everything and good health to her and her family. And also, if you want to get to her, book very early. As for what is included, it is better to read on the site. It is practically better than in Ldzv. Gudauta herself has also been transformed for the better. There are fewer ruins and they are mostly hidden, clean.

God, this is just the best boarding house I've been to. Aunt Jema, thank you for this place and your concern. Excellent food, chefs can cook you whatever you want for lunch (just pay for lunch, it is not included in the accommodation)
Every person who works here is likeable and will always come to the rescue. The sea is really 30-50 meters from the boarding house. If you want, at least at night or only then close the gate)
The rooms are clean, the air conditioners are working, they are cleaned regularly every day. The area is clean, but don't make any noise after 10 pm. After all, a boarding house is, in fact, a typical guest house in Abkhazia and the owners live on the territory and butt to sleep regularly at 10.
Wi-Fi is also free, but it catches better on the balcony or on the street, because the plate is on the master's house
I recommend it to everyone and I will go back there again myself

Minus only the Internet, which catches only on the balcony or in the yard. The lights are also often turned off, apparently there are rolling blackouts. Neighboring hotels have generators, which unfortunately is not available in the "Pearl".

The sea is clean, the beach is cleaned daily. The room itself is very clean, there was a problem with high humidity in the bathroom, it was solved immediately after treatment. If we go to Abkhazia again, we will only go there. We went on tour in mid-June until the end of the month of 2021.

Our vacation at the Pearl boarding house ends. We had a rest from 08/23/21 to 09/5/21. A boarding house for a relaxing family holiday, there is no party, crazy music and other outrage, that's what we were looking for! The hostess of the boarding house Gemma strictly keeps order, does not shy away from picking up a mop and cleaning the rooms herself, the rooms are clean and cozy, the furniture is sturdy and sturdy, each room has air conditioning, modern TVs, small refrigerators, everything is concise and cozy. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly for clean ones. I would like to say separately about nutrition. The food is very good and varied, the housewives of the kitchen, Jeanne and Lika, cope with their task perfectly. The food is always freshly cooked, the portions are large, while we were resting we did not hear about poisoning. I would like to say a huge thank you for a wonderful holiday to all the employees of the boarding house and the maid girls. Beck, thank you very much for the order on the territory of the boarding house and on the seashore. I must say that the seashore is not cleaned everywhere, but the shore adjacent to the boarding house is always cleaned, there are sun beds and there is protection from the sun. The most gorgeous place! You won't find such a sincere attitude anywhere else!
