Inexpensive. It's not very far from the center (a taxi doesn't cost more than 50AED). The apartment has absolutely everything you need. There is a small shop right at the entrance, you can buy something for quick cooking. Quietly. The view from the windows is directly on the Burj Khalifa. In general, the price-quality ratio is definitely the same.

This place is very clean. There is a swimming pool and a gym.Very friendly staff.I am glad that my children live in such a place.

The building is new, the ashes and corridors are clean, the stylobate is very dirty, although they pretend to clean, only 4 umbrellas open by the pool, the rest are broken, there are not enough sunbeds on weekends, one-room apartments are very cramped, if there are more than 2 of you, then it will be clearly cramped, it will be more comfortable in two, there are shops, one very expensive, the second type of "pyaterochka", saves food delivery As for me, there are much more successful complexes
