We stayed at the beach albatros hurgada 4* hotel from 11/25/2025 to 12/22/2025 from Minsk. The first unpleasant surprise was the stolen rest day:arrival at night and check-in after 24.00, despite the fact that this already counts as a day of rest! We were informed about this just before departure! And this is at such an expensive cost of the tour! I was ready to pay extra, but the only thing they offered me was not to go if I didn't like it. The hotel itself was good, but the opinion that it was a company that did not value its reputation was strengthened after going on an excursion to Luxor: they bought a tour for more than $ 20, with the condition that there was no shopping in it, as a result, there was a store. The store itself sold fake glass figurines disguised as stone ones. The prices for the classics are inflated tenfold. They also sold a map like an official factory, and the guide stated several times that the tez tour guarantees quality and that it's silver with gold letters, of course it doesn't smell like gold, and it's funny how one of the tourists in our group pointed out that the products were poorly made and her skin was cut, to which the guide replied shamelessly, that it's okay, instead of recognizing an obvious marriage. It's a shame. I considered the tez tour to be a serious international nonsense. And now the opinion has changed in a coordinated way.
