Due to acute pain, you can get to the dentist-surgeon in this clinic through a dentist-therapist, to whom I was sent. The therapist gave me a referral for a panoramic picture, which led me to conclude that I was worried about pulpitis and invited the head of the department for a consultation. the department of Burlyko S.S., who did not see any problems with teeth in the panoramic image and diagnosed a tumor of the tongue root and gave a referral to the office of early diagnosis of oropharyngeal tumors at 11 GKB. The next day, I went to an ENT doctor at a private clinic, who found no pathology in the oral cavity and determined that the cause of the pain was most likely a wisdom tooth. The weekend was ahead, on the first working day I went to the 11th State Clinical Hospital to the office of early diagnosis of head and neck tumors, where the dentist and ENT examined me, refuted the diagnosis of oncology, which was made by doctor Burlyko and confirmed that the 8th tooth needed to be removed, as it causes pain, as well as other ENT-The doctors did not see any grounds for making a diagnosis, which was indicated in the conclusion and referral by S.S. Burlyko. At that time, 3 days had already passed after the appointment at 12 dentistry, my gums were swollen, the lingopharyngeal nerve was pinched, the swallowing process was disrupted, shooting pains in my temple and ear increased, NSAIDs stopped completely relieving pain, the temperature rose, I had to go to another dental clinic, where I had an operation to remove 8 teeth already on the next day. But if I had been sent to a dentist-surgeon instead of a tumor diagnostic room on the day of my treatment, as I had planned, there would have been no complications.

The therapist also said that there was no indication to remove it, but sent it to the surgeon. At the surgeon's appointment, they assured me that it was not the tooth that hurt, but the gum and cut the hood over it. The waiting list for tooth extraction is six months. And if it hurts (which it most likely will), we can't help you in any way. It hurts a lot, the pain is hardly relieved by NSAIDs. The queue at the paid branch is in three months. Regarding internists: in the free department, the quality of materials is still different from the paid one. All doctors are young. The queues for them are only in a month. A panoramic picture of acute pain was taken for free.
