A wonderful Turkish hotel with very friendly staff. They know English and are friendly. I spent the night there for a day and was lucky enough to have several meals at their hotel restaurant. Gourmet cuisine in a buffet style. I can recommend this place.

I want to leave a very negative review about this hotel. We reserved a room 2 days before arrival on the website hotels.com added to the room rate tomorrow. After 2 days we checked into the hotel, there were 3 of us. But the room had everything for 3 people. At the request of additional things, only the bed was brought. The next day in the morning, we paid for another day, too, with breakfast. Reception Cihan accepted the money. When we arrived for breakfast, we were told that the payment was without breakfast. They said that an additional payment was needed, but the payment was made a day earlier at the Reception with an additional surcharge for breakfast. They demanded to pay for an additional breakfast at the Reception. After an unpleasant conversation, we decided to check out of this hotel and the money was thrown in our face the next day without apologies. And they demanded to pay extra for coffee in the pool. The time of writing the check was 18:30. At that time, we were in the mall. There are checks. That was the last straw. The air conditioners in the hotel are very weak, the whole system is old. The air conditioners don't even work in the lobby. It was cool this evening and we slept with the window open. The breakfast was disgusting. The service is too. This hotel does not attract so many stars, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel needs renovation. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't book this hotel.
