Bad service, very rude inattentive administrators, long waiting of prepearing room. Near metro

Excellent location, a couple of minutes to the metro, one station from the Burji in one direction and the Museum of the future in the other. The staff is very polite (thanks for the free upgrade to the junior suite), the breakfasts are delicious, the room is well cleaned. It's a very good hotel for a three-year-old
