The worst hotel in my life. The stuff isn’t listening to your problems, they couldn’t find the key for my room and it’s smells disgusting inside.

Excellent location, a couple of minutes to the metro, one station from the Burji in one direction and the Museum of the future in the other. The staff is very polite (thanks for the free upgrade to the junior suite), the breakfasts are delicious, the room is well cleaned. It's a very good hotel for a three-year-old

I am currently staying at the hotel. For the price I paid, the room itself is gorgeous! Huge two-room with a balcony, two bathrooms, amazing view. And 2 stars for the fact that it is impossible to sleep, ventilation from another building is noisy, earplugs do not save. I asked to replace the number, they gave me the same one, only higher, the sound did not change. I was upset. I don't need a bunch of toilets and rooms in the room, the main thing on vacation is the silence at night...
The night passed, I added two more stars, because they responded to my request to replace the room again and gave me an improved one with a view of the BX. But! Noise is the main problem of the hotel. The windows are leaky, the audibility of the road is 100500%%%%%!!!!

At the reception, 0 attention is paid to customers. Upon arrival at chekin, I stood for 40 minutes, as a result, I did not receive my reserved room with a view of the Burj Khalifa (they offered to wait 4 hours for his release, the time was 17:00), or take a free room without a view.
There are no towels in the room and the phone does not work.
I am in the room for the second day, there was no cleaning (during the day, someone came into the room and tried to fix the phone by plugging it into another outlet, but without success).
There is only one outlet in the bathroom (there are 3 in the room), naturally without USB and type-S.
The previous owners left cigarette butts and alcohol lids on the balcony.
A separate HELL is elevators, there are 4 of them, they are not spacious. You always have to spend 10 minutes getting up.
The only advantage is the location, 30 seconds to the metro.

Excellent location. Everything is in the room, on the roof, with a great view, good coffee is being prepared, breakfast is normal, walking distance to the center of Dubai, Dubai mall, there are plenty of supermarkets in the area, basses go from the hotel to remote outlets, the place has good energy. We have now rebranded.

The best hotel in the Price - quality system .. the city center , pharmacies , metro , shops are right there .. the pool is on the roof , however, there are not always enough places , so you need to get out early . The breakfast is normal... the view is amazing

It's a terrible hotel. Incompetent people work at the reception. The rooms are all ransacked, with mold and other problems (several rooms were changed). The only advantage is the location. The breakfasts are terrible. They didn't even try the dinners, even though they bought them. You wait for elevators for several minutes, and eventually you ride in it with the staff (with food and chefs). I don't recommend it.

Near the metro. The rooms are large. There is a gym and a small rooftop pool. Convenient for business trips. To the sea 3-4 kilometers. Only taxi 15-20 aed. The rooms are old, battered. For 3 stars. Lived in a hotel for about 3 months, lived in many other hotels in the center, I know what I'm talking about. Dubai Mall is a 15-20-minute walk away. Nearby there is a large hypermarket with groceries within walking distance. The rooms have a kitchen and dishes. Nearby there is the same hotel Emirate Grand hotel but with the prefix "apartments". Don't take it, it really sucks, I don't recommend it.

The concept of the hotel is not bad. From a good helpful service staff, everyone is smiling and friendly. Good breakfasts, sausages, sausages, vegetables, only one dish from dairy. The side dishes are spicy. Lots of bread and rolls for breakfast. Breakfast for 4+.
On the downsides, it's a cold, icy tile floor(you won't let the child on the floor). It's dirty, I haven't cleaned the house for 3-4 weeks at the level and quickly wiped it with a rag and re-made the bed. Not enough towels. No dressing gowns, everything else is on request. In Russian, you can say no one speaks.
The staff of course smiles - but does not hurry to fulfill requests and does not fulfill them at all.
Of the super plus is the location three meters from the metro. Just wow and the center. In general, if without a child and only for overnight norms
And by the way , everything is shabby
