Today, at about 14.00, there was an online order of 6 birthday pizzas in Neon Park at the time of 18.15- 18.45 for a Children's birthday. As a result, the courier arrived at 19.35, when our time in the park was over and the children were left without treats... This is a terrible service, knowing about the order in 3 hours, it cannot be fulfilled. Yes, they gave you a discount code for pizza in the next order, but what's the point? The birthday was ruined and the manager shrugged, saying that it happens. Where was it written? Why are customers not informed about such a story in time?
