A small low-rise hotel, at the time of our vacation it was sparsely populated. It's out of repair, but it's not expensive either.
The food is delicious, the breakfast is European: sausages, eggs, beans, side dish, porridge, cheese, toast, jam, tea and coffee from a can (there is no coffee machine), cereals with milk. For dinner, there is usually a salad, cucumbers, tomatoes (delicious vegetables), two types of side dish, two types of hot, everything is delicious!
The Wi-Fi signal is good, towels are changed every day, beach towels are provided, tea, coffee, and water are replenished every day.
A big plus is that next to the hotel there is a large two-storey super market Nesto (10 minutes from the hotel beyond the interchange, not to be confused with the very first store that the Indians keep), I recommend putting a small kitchen knife for fruit in your suitcase, you will definitely not regret it! We bought ripe mango for a special offer for 5 dirhams / kg, melons, figs.

There are cakes and fish for breakfast and dinner, the only strange thing is that water or juices are paid for lunch and dinner. That's why we drank watermelon). The staff is friendly, there is a fridge, kettle, and hairdryer in the room. They give 2 bottles of 0.5 cups of coffee and tea daily. The bed is 2*2 meters. One side of the hotel faces the road, the other the pool.
On the downside: the rooms need dry cleaning, but I'd rather remove the carpets and lay the tiles. There is no balcony, so things don't dry very well. There is a sauna, a hammam. Up to 13 for women, after 15 for men. Gym.
It's not far to the beach, they give you towels. There is a supermarket 200 meters to the left of the road, and a kindergarten behind the hotel (on the right side, walk along a narrow road and immediately after the intersection there is a kindergarten). The food (we only took breakfast) is monotonous, it gets boring on day 3, but if you leave the hotel and go to the right there will be a supermarket nearby, you can buy everything you need there and the prices are quite reasonable, if necessary, you can change dollars to dirhams (the exchange rate was 3.6) it is more profitable than changing at the hotel.
Russian russians mostly stay at the hotel, although the staff does not speak much Russian. But he knows the basic words or, if necessary, he can read them from a clumsy translator.

The hotel is on the first line, it's SUPER! We were at sea from 6 to 9 in the morning, There is a swimming pool, always clean, the staff carefully monitors cleanliness. Beach towels are free of charge. The food is simple, familiar, without frills. We had breakfast and lunch or dinner, you can change it. However, I wanted real coffee, and not from this "samovar" ....which was in the restaurant. The rooms are clean, cleaned regularly and conscientiously. Sometimes we went to a small cafe nearby for dinner . There are many closed hotels around the hotel, it is very depressing… Apart from the beach and the pool, there is no entertainment! We went on a sightseeing tour of Dubai, In general - this is a budget vacation, how much we paid- so we rested.....

For your money, a normal hotel, friendly hard workers, the beach is nearby, the food is fine, maybe not 4 stars, but normal. There is a supermarket and a McDuck nearby, if you can cross the street. I recommend everyone to take the ferry to Dubai, it is within walking distance of the aquarium.
