Tillya-Kori Madrasah, built in the 17th century, two centuries later than Ulugbek madrasah, harmoniously completes the architectural ensemble of three beautiful madrasahs on Registan Square. Tillya Kori are turquoise domes sparkling in the sun. This is an abundance of gold in the interior of the central mosque. These are incredibly complex ornaments on the walls and domes. The madrasa houses a museum that clearly demonstrates the achievements of Soviet and Uzbek restorers, as well as an exhibition and sale of products by real craftsmen of Samarkand.
