The service is just terrible. The dishes are not served as soon as the guests have sat down. There was no such attitude in all other coffee boom establishments. Is it really that hard to bring plates and utensils?I ordered cheese ramen, but it didn't arrive. They said there was no order. Although I ordered and the order was in Kazakh. The waiter spoke Kazakh, and so did the menu.
