I came there as a tourist. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere in the store is very pleasant. I really like the watch itself. One of the disadvantages of the watch: a small power reserve, they stop after a day. When you wear different watches for several hours, it's annoying to constantly adjust them. The clock has a large margin of error, a few minutes per week. It's generally good for the budget segment.

My husband and I went to look at his watch, he didn't choose anything, but I liked one. I tried it on, but I was confused by the color, but in the other version they were not. I voiced my wishes to the seller, she offered other options, but it's not the same. She left without buying. An hour later, I returned to buy them, but another seller told me (she didn't consult me on the first visit, but she was there and saw what I was measuring) that they wouldn't fit me because I have a very thin wrist and it's impossible to reduce them to the right size. Why wasn't this indicated to me at the first fitting? Okay. I find another watch, I try it on, it's a little embarrassing, but still I went back to the store hoping to buy another watch, and the new one is in a different style and still in the same color, which I don't like too much. I don't want to leave without a watch anymore. As a result, we make a purchase and at that moment I find the ones that I like! And I find them by chance, they are lying behind the counter of the seller. I'm in a stupor, why didn't they show them to me the first time? The sellers reply that they were in the window, but I didn't notice them... (they weren't in the window, neither my husband nor I saw them, but okay). I ask you to cancel the purchase in order to exchange for a watch that I really like. I am denied this. Such laws. Although I haven't had time to wear them, I haven't had time to pack them yet. It's a shame, but what to do. I decide to buy a second watch) The store did not offer to reduce the watch. Although, obviously, I need this service. I didn't ask about it myself, because communication was somehow not going well. I am writing this review after visiting a watch workshop. The watch on my wrist could not be reduced. We removed all the links that were possible, but the watch is loose and does not fit snugly to the hand. It is a pity that the sellers did not consult and did not highlight this point. It's not customer-oriented.

A wonderful store, with a wide selection. I had a lot of fun choosing a watch for myself as a memory of Grodno. I bought it on a leather strap, but I also bought a metal strap. The seller is very competent and friendly. I recommend the store to visit.
