Nice residence, near a lake for walking, many vegan cafes, beauty studios and shops. The only thing from the lake is the humidity is constantly felt. And during my stay (October 2024), the pool did not work, which upset me. But a very pleasant sauna and hammam for residents. There were also difficulties with the air conditioning system, it was very confusing, you couldn't figure it out without detailed instructions.

The place is very beautiful, with a view of the fountain, the staff is very polite, the food is delicious, I advise you! Prices are slightly above average
