We had a rest from September 15 to September 24, 2025. Great location, the rooms are small but cozy, everything you need is available: a balcony, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a bathroom, a shower with hot water around the clock. The location is very good: near the sea, market, shops, park! We ate in a cafe on the ground floor. Everything is very tasty and beautifully served. Caucasian cuisine is Abkhazia! We were very satisfied with everything, many THANKS to Inga, the hostess, this is her merit. If we find ourselves in Gudauta, we would love to stay in this place.

Guest house "Apra". We stayed at this institution for 11 days in September 2025. Upon arrival, the hostess immediately asked, are you cheating on Pegasus? And then it all started. There were four of us, we were settled on two different floors, the second and the third. There was no balcony on the third floor, and there was no ashtray, although we were smokers and had warned about this. The room has never been cleaned or the towel changed during the entire stay. There was no gel, shampoo, or super economy class toilet paper in the room. There is a sign in the room with a schedule, a fine and eviction for any violation. Outside the window, five dogs bark every night until 3:00 a.m.I'll tell you about breakfast, for 11 days, porridge almost every day, several times there were sandwiches with a very thin piece of sausage and 1/8 of a lettuce leaf, on the third day a fly got caught in the porridge!!! They also gave one cracker or one gingerbread. the most delicious thing there was fried eggs and a sausage. They also served an omelet and a casserole a couple of times. I've never had fruit, vegetables, greens, or dessert in all this time! There is an apra cafe at the guest house, there is no barbecue because there is no barbecue, So all dishes are either baked or boiled in a pan. There's also a sign on the bar that says we can call a taxi through the receptionist, but we couldn't do that because she didn't have any money on her phone.After 9:00 p.m., the lights in the cafe turn off and it's completely quiet, like in a nursing home. The day before departure, the hostess promised to tell us what time the transfer to the airport would be, but we had to find out ourselves through the administrator. They asked to talk to the hostess several times, to which they were refused and told that she was busy. Although she was quite polite to the other guests and asked them to leave a positive review. So no Apra-type guest houses If you don't want to go to this nursing home with a strict head doctor and silent staff!

It's a beautiful place. Hospitable people. Nice rooms. Delicious cuisine. The sea and beaches are nearby. The market is two blocks away. There are, of course, nuances, but if you are an easy person, they are definitely not a problem. Special thanks to the hostess, Inga Otarievna, for her understanding and responsiveness. We are thinking of returning to you in the fall.
