A very negative review... on 01/10/2026 we came to the top4ik store in Pinopark to buy a professional tool, two hairdressing scissors. We bought it, despite the fact that the tool was already in the window for the amount of 373.83 rubles . We checked it on artificial material, of course, the quality could not be determined immediately. The next day, we checked at the barbershop, and there were no questions about straight scissors. But the milling machines on the first client had a snack, chewed, and shaved their hair, that is, they cut it badly. 01/11/2026 after work, they came to the store, explained the situation, without negativity, asked to replace the goods of inadequate quality, namely the thinning scissors, they did not even refund the 200p cost of the thinning scissors. To which the seller, already the owner of the store, refused to listen to the cut, after asking to look at the scissors, she did not even pick them up. Her arguments are as follows: you cut sick people's hair, your scissors fell, and so on. Naturally, they were forced to write about the situation in a complaint book. The next step is to appeal for consumer protection. Next, we may write another review about the development of the situation. We do not recommend buying the product in this store, make your own conclusions...
