We recommend it. It's a great place. It's warm, cozy and clean. Every time we went to Almaty, we stayed there. The service is excellent.

Of the cons: the rooms are smoky (the stale smell of cigarette smoke), also the female admin is not the most accommodating, the goods in the mini bar are expensive.
Advantages: location, price,
The place is more like where couples spend hourly time.
Also, you will not be asked for any document, I do not even know if this is a plus or minus, but it certainly does not inspire confidence.

I stayed at this hotel from August 23 to August 29, 2020. At first, the staff made a good impression, but then for the first time I was faced with a situation beyond reason. I was told at the reception that a blue stain was found on the sheet when changing the linen, although I did not see any blue stain, in this regard I need to buy them new bed linen!!! The price of the issue is 10,500 tenge! For work and on vacation, I quite often stay in hotels of different stars in Kazakhstan and abroad, but this is the first time I have encountered this! This is a nightmare! The rudeness is complete! THERE HAS NEVER BEEN SUCH A THING in 3- and 5-star hotels!!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! You will regret it very much, the staff is rude, the conditions are bad, although the junior suite, which actually meets the standard of a normal hotel, the presence of a linen closet here is an indicator of a junior suite room. There are no bathrobes, not even a toothbrush cup. And also pay 10.5 thousand for each change of linen! disgusting!

It's a creepy hotel. I do not recommend staying here. The staff is rude. Moans and screams in the neighboring rooms. It's more like a brothel. I put minus 10 (although there is no such function here). Walk around this place slim.
