There are pros, there are cons... of the pros, the family room is quite spacious (can accommodate 5 people). The room has two bedrooms, two toilets, one combined with a shower, a kitchen-living room of normal size... the kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, hob, electric kettle, a fairly large table, and some dishes.. on the downside, although the hotel is located near Taksim Street, it will take about 15 minutes to get to it, as well as to the nearest metro, (at a fast pace), up a fairly steep hill, and there are no sidewalks.. Somewhere it resembles a goat trail, somewhere it turns into steps, generally with small children, or the elderly will be uncomfortable. Another very significant disadvantage was that the room looked rather tired... requiring cosmetic repairs, with all the taps, there was a problem in the room: it was hard to open/They were closing, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms, and because of this, there was an unpleasant smell of dampness in the bathroom, and the cabinet got wet... we contacted the reception, asking them to fix it ..... they promised to figure it out... But in 6 days, nothing was done...

It's a great place. We were lucky with the apartment owner. Everything was clean and tidy. The establishment itself had and operated a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The gym was small, but there were the most important exercise equipment. The location of the residence is quite convenient

Cons - it's dirty, you can see that they clean only superficially. the renovation is shabby. Pros - the air conditioner works perfectly, everything you need was brought for each request. The pool was turned on, but they never got in because it stank like crazy with bleach.

This building has several apartment owners. I strongly advise against the owner of New Inn apartments. Dirty rooms, terrible attitude and service. No consumables in the apartment, poor cleaning. The room had dirty walls, floor, hair on the bed, mold in the bathroom, ants in the living room. We asked to clean the apartment, the cleaner came and did nothing, only rudely tried to explain to us that the floor was clean, although the white socks turned black when I walked over it. The owner of the apartment does not care about the service at all, all our comments were ignored.

The room is large, 2 rooms, everything is there. Terrible fi fi. The refrigerator was beeping every hour. At night, too.
