A good hotel for its 4 stars was in February 2023. The service is excellent, cleanliness and service at a height. Breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a choice.

I liked the hotel. An urban-type hotel. A transfer takes you to the beach and then returns you back. The food is monotonous every day, plus or minus one or two new dishes. There is a rooftop pool. Nearby there are various eateries and restaurants where you can eat, as well as shops.

The hotel is just terrible, we bought a tour package, had to book another hotel through booking and moved, the rooms are terrible dirty, the windows don't open, the smell of mold is everywhere, the hotel has no territory, the hotel rating is 8 in booking, how they got I don't even know, the service is 0, we had everything included once we went down to breakfast, we went out completely hungry, I DON'T ADVISE anyone!

Wonderful hotel! Friendly polite staff! The entire working team performs its duties professionally! The kitchen is wonderful, we had a rest with food (breakfast), no questions! Everything is delicious, varied! The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, shampoo , conditioner, body milk were proven every day, tea coffee cream is no exception! The fitness room is beautiful, sauna, hammam. The bus to the sea is comfortable, but it takes 30-40 minutes to go, but it didn't bother us. There are people who are not very cultured, but this is my personal opinion. We were all taken away without any problems, no one stayed on the island! And it all depends on you, people! With what attitude, with what worldview you eat to rest! We were positive for all 10 days!!! Thank you CANCER, thank you UAE, thank you hotel!!! Rested 2 vz.1 child 12 years old

Samples with shampoo and shower gel are also given. Here the windows do not open and there are no balconies (( The saddest thing is the buses to the sea. There are only three of them there and three back. Drive half an hour. People arrange a crush in front of the bus. With small children-it's very annoying. There won't be enough seats on the first bus, they will send more, but we will have to wait. On the first day, we waited 30 minutes for them to take us to the sea. But they bring you to the beach of the 5* hotel. There's beauty there)

There was one Russian-speaking guy at the reception, quite rarely, but if you speak English at the level of the school curriculum, you will not be lost. The room is absolutely quiet, the presence of air conditioning allows you to make the right climate. Once they didn't change the towels and once they didn't bring water to the room. Some vacationers in the comments discuss such facts in a negative light and lower the rating in the review, but it's funny to me. We took only breakfast, the quality of which was optimal for my taste: omelets, sausages, salads, porridge, rice, potatoes, eggs, watermelon, melon, muffins, rolls, juices, cereals... Tired. There is a gym, a rooftop pool. I used it every day before breakfast. It's a long way to the beach. Skeptics will say, but what has been silent so far?! Well, I read it in advance in the reviews and was ready. The hotel is on the beach - there is nowhere to go in the evening. Hotel in the city - walk to your health. Cafes, shops, attractions. I had a rest in March 2020, just before the quarantine. With my wife and daughter, whom I love. Therefore, the rest turned out to be great.

The service is decent enough, they are attentive to requests. Buses to the beach and back run according to the schedule, a little long (30-35 minutes) but tolerable. The beach is super! There are enough places, as well as sun beds and umbrellas. Very well-equipped territory, palm trees, flowers , a nice beach, a mini water park, adult and children's pools with warm water! A bus takes you to the beach - 3 times a day, if everyone does not fit into one bus, another one immediately arrives. The beach is a 30-minute drive away. This is the territory of a 5* hotel. You can use almost everything. There is a very good restaurant, a wide variety of dishes. Nice pool bar, with good drinks. Juices from packages, good beer (Germany, Austria), various cocktails, etc. There is a mini water park. Children's playground on the territory of the hotel and beyond on the embankment. Children will definitely not be bored. Many are at the pools, because jellyfish often swim to the shore at sea, which show interest in people. They can even sting (it feels like after nettles, I experienced it myself). The territory of the 5* hotel is well-groomed, green. There is animation. Many animators are from Uraina. Those who come there only with breakfast, will have to fork out for lunches, dinners and water. For example, lunch at the bar (mini buffet)it costs about 81 dirhams, 40 dirhams for children.
