The price tag is high - the hotel is creepy! The neighboring hotel is much cooler and more modern than this one! I didn't really like the breakfasts either. The hotel has been in need of a fresh renovation for a long time. Towels are terribly hard! Don't go there anymore!

I took off the stars because of the room service. Checked in. I was very hungry and tired. I clarified at the reception: is there a room service? To which I received the answer: of course! You can call and order food. When I went up to the room, the phone was not working and I went down to the reception again. They answered me: We will send a waiter to your room. I went up to my room again. I'm waiting....I'm waiting again...I decided to go down again and saw the waiter in the hallway (he was in the next room) He gave me the menu and said he would be up in a couple of minutes to take the order. I'm waiting....No one gets up for 25 minutes. I went down to the reception again. She didn't swear, she just said : What is the attitude towards your guests? To which I received the answer: there is only one waiter for the entire hotel. And as a result, the receptionist took my order. Why wasn't they immediately warned that only one waiter was working? Instead of running, I could have gone to the shower and rest after the trip, and since I was constantly waiting, I couldn't do it. I just ran up and down for about 1.5 hours along with all the expectations. But in the end, the kitchen is at a good level. I enjoyed it

I lived in a suite, the room is large, but with a minimum of furniture and decor, it is not cozy. The bathroom is 5* 3 meters with a regular shower cabin, everything else is carpets. There is no natural coffee for breakfast, there is not much choice of food. Unfortunately, it does not pull at 5 stars.

I didn't like 2 things,
1. The sockets in the room are so far from the bed and there are so few of them that you should take an extension cord with you.
2. Having breakfast at 9 a.m., the dishes are already cold.
