I came to the opening, the pick-up point was closed (the manager, who was on the street, referred to the fact that the general entrance was closed with a second lock. I arrived about 40 minutes later, the manager (already different) could not find part of the product (two different items were ordered). The product, which was not found, had to be abandoned.
