Great hotel.
One of the advantages.
Location. There are two metro stations to the center. The station is a 7-minute walk away. There is a shopping center nearby, where you can eat inexpensively (by Istanbul standards) and buy everything you need. The embankment is a 20-minute walk away.
Quietly. There are no crowds of tourists. There is a small university nearby, so there are not many locals either.
The room has everything you need. Fan. An ironing board. Tea. The breakfasts are standard for a chain hotel, everything is delicious.
Purity. Price.
I didn't find any disadvantages.

A nice, comfortable and peaceful hotel near the metro. Excellent breakfasts at the hotel - sliced vegetables, eggs or scrambled eggs, sausages, soup, sweets. And I also liked baking waffles on my own during breakfast - a cool option! The staff is very Friendly, during breakfast they serve hot pastries to everyone. No one speaks Russian - keep in mind

The hotel itself is new, clean, modern. The staff is very friendly. It is not located in the very center, But there are restaurants and a shopping center nearby. 40 minutes from the airport.
The breakfasts are excellent and varied. Lunch and dinner here are only 1 course each, just so as not to stay hungry. But since we were settled here because of the flight postponement, we had a great time there.

The hotel is not located in the very center, but you can get to the center quickly enough: there is a city train station within a 3-5-minute walk, 2 stops to the center. You can get from the new IST airport by metro and train with two transfers (in about 1 hour 50 minutes), from SAW airport by metro and train with one transfer (also in about 1 hour 50 minutes).
The place is quite quiet, except for the nearby electric train line, a football field where they play loudly even at midnight and periodically crowing roosters) - if the room window looks out on their side. With the window closed, it is uncritical.
There are no shops or cafes in the immediate vicinity.
The hotel and rooms are 10.
The hotel is small, three-storey. The coziness and comfort correspond to the Hilton Hampton brand. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
The audibility is average, a loud conversation is heard in the next room.
The Internet speed is quite good.

Everything is polite and cultured. The second time we stayed at this hotel, we received a personal welcome letter from the hotel manager and a plate of fruit - this attitude is pleasant and deserves gratitude. the hotel is super, we returned from Turkey yesterday, took a tour of the Golden Ring of Turkey, had to visit four hotels in different cities including Ankara, this hotel is the best, and not greedy, there is everything from iron to water, excellent cuisine, TV. internet with good speed, chic rooms.
