An observation deck in the Upper Town of Tallinn (Vyshgorod) on Toompea hill, which offers a good view of the Old Town. It is located next to the Patkuli staircase, which leads down to the Toompark and the railway station (Baltiysky Railway Station). From the site you can take beautiful photos of the Old Town, where a fragment of the fortress wall with several towers and the spire of the Oleviste Baptist Church falls.
