By a stupid coincidence, I had to contact this company to manufacture a built-in white wardrobe in the nursery with mirrored doors. Pavel himself came to the measurement, was courteous and friendly, created the impression of a specialist. We waited two weeks. As a result, the cabinet was brought, all dirty, stained with unwashed hands, the filling was installed, half of the eurovints were twisted so that the chipboard was all cracked, Pavel did not install the plugs on the screws inside the cabinet, according to him, they were not visible and not needed there (although sawdust from these holes crumbled), I had to glue myself. Instead of adjustable legs, Pavel put pieces of plywood and plastic in the walls of the closet, saying that he always does this to everyone, and he does NOT like adjustable legs... It's strange that I didn't say that they don't exist in principle))) It's a nightmare... Next, there was a problem with the nervous floor and when installing the doors, a wedge went, the door played within 5-7 mm, to which Pavel said that this was not his problem, he made a flat cabinet, and our curved floor was to blame for everything and nothing could be done about it, I had to contact other furniture makers who had no problems for 10 minutes removed our "crooked" floor and adjusted the door so that there was no wedge. But it didn't end there either. The mirrors in the doors were cut so that it seemed that they were not cut, but beaten, when they told Pavel about it, he replied that we SNIFF these mirrors, it is allegedly not visible at a distance of 1.5 meters, and in everyday life we will not pay attention to it, BUT we live with this closet not for a day or two ...., with great reluctance and favor, he agreed to TURN OVER the mirrors in the doors to hide the defects... NOT TO REPLACE, BUT TO HIDE!!! in two days. The second day fell on Saturday, on Friday Pavel got a call back and asked when to expect him on Saturday, to which they received the answer - "this is my day off and if I have a desire, I will work on your doors.".. As a result, having shown leniency, he still brought the doors on Saturday, as promised initially. The next day, one of the cabinet partitions skewed and the shuflyada stopped closing (due to an error in the design of the filling, they simply did not provide a spacer bar that ensures structural rigidity), on a call and a question about this, Pavel replied that everything stood straight yesterday, and when asked why there was no structural rigidity, he was very aggressive He replied, "I don't do that.". This answer killed me on the spot and put me into a stupor.. As a result, he hung up the phone and did not pick it up again. This is a shock, because we have never encountered such a thing... A day later, his partner Edgar called and offered help to fix the problem, which, in general, he provided, nevertheless strengthening the construction with additional elements.... Now there is a question of disassembling the cabinet and installing ADJUSTABLE legs instead of pieces of plywood and plastic for adequate further operation of this cabinet... On my own, I want to advise you: if you have to contact this organization, fix and specify all the little things at the very beginning, right down to the screw, so that the result does not shock you later... You should not rely on this specialist, since he will assemble the way he likes, not you. And also read the contract elementary, in which you have no special rights, there are only obligations, the contractor has all the rights. By the way, certificates of completed works and receipts are also not about Legoart.
