The view from the window is incredibly beautiful, the territory is very large around the hotel, three restaurants, the food is very tasty and varied, a coffee shop in the lobby (the assortment of cakes is large), a spa with a swimming pool. A huge comfortable hotel on the territory of a huge park with its own golf course, lakes and a river. Inside the building there are several restaurants, a swimming pool, a SPA area. We used two halls for conferences and meetings.
The rooms and staff correspond to 5 stars. The room is cleaned every day. Breakfast from 7:00 a.m., a great selection of dishes, drinks and fruits. I liked everything.

A very decent and decent hotel. It is located far from the center of the city of Alma-Ata in a picturesque forest area. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. The territory is more than 50 hectares. Golf courses. From the upper floors there is a magnificent view of the mountains and the forest. Two comfortable pools (indoor and outdoor) with heated water + a pool with aqua massage. The SPA is also rated (on a five-point scale) 4.5 according to colleagues. The breakfasts can be called chic. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Delicious coffee, pastries and sweets. It's a little over an hour's drive from the airport.

The hotel is good! There are no disadvantages, they give a toy to children and the pasta settled in quickly without any problems. The restaurant is a wonderful playroom for children there is a bar, a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna, the rooms are clean. I came with my family and took 2 rooms 200,000 tenge per day, we were there for 15 days!
I recommend a great hotel.

Great hotel , quiet , cozy, great room , bed linen of excellent quality , clean!!! Bath, shower, but towels :))), for a hotel of this price category, they do not stand up to any criticism. They just started saving on towels . In addition, an empty mini-bar in a room for 170,000 tenge looks strange.
Food - the main restaurant (breakfast is excellent , fresh vegetables , fruits , a good selection of cheeses and various snacks, oriental sweets (lukum, halva, etc.)
The main menu did not please me, but the taste and color as they say (in my opinion, the price / quality does not match)
is a restaurant of Kazakh cuisine, pilaf is beyond praise, manta rays are not (the meat is tough, not juicy) Vinaigrette - read the composition , I did not read it . In my opinion, a strange composition , a green apple - :((( , but it 's my fault I didn 't read the composition myself .
The spa is above all praise, clean, warm , the pool is +28, and the air is +30. There was a sauna and a hammam - the temperature was excellent .
The rooms are cleaned just perfectly , it was two days.

A huge park area, a lot of greenery, excellent nature , many places for walking , many species of birds live on the territory. A good golf course. There are several restaurants on site, including traditional cuisine. In general, I recommend it . A nice, peaceful place to relax with your family.

Swissotel Alatau is our personal resort in the city. We came here more than once for weekends, and even celebrated our son's birthday here — at his own request. He loves this place, just like us.
The main advantage is a large green area with a park, pond and paths. In the summer, we ride bicycles and electric scooters with the whole family, and we also rode buggies — this added to the impressions, especially for children.
The pools are excellent both in summer and winter. There are several outside, inside they are spacious, warm, with a Jacuzzi and hydromassage jets that pleasantly massage the back and add a cheerful feeling. There's a mini river with a current - you can't get the kids out. After swimming, we always have a snack in a convenient area next to the pool.
The spa area is clean, cozy, on the level. We always take a room with a view of the mountains — it's beautiful at any time of the year. Evening walks in summer are especially pleasant.
Parking can be difficult sometimes, but it's not critical. Swissotel is our family favorite. We come back again and again.

A wonderful hotel for relaxing body and soul: a huge area for walking, breathing and admiring nature... We were in winter and it's beautiful... It's probably a fairy tale in summer! Excellent modern rooms with everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, shower gels... in short, everything is down to the toothbrush... You just have to come. Delicious and varied breakfasts: eggs in all varieties, a couple of types of cereals, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, Turkish sweets and pastries... in a word, for every taste! And I would like to highlight the SPA separately! A huge swimming pool, about the same huge Jacuzzi area, sauna, hammam, steam room... There is also an outdoor swimming pool in summer!
In short, I highly recommend this place for families, friends or for a romantic weekend!

I was at this hotel for a meeting with partners. It's a very cool place. Sometimes I even take walks in the park area of the hotel in the morning. Pheasants and all sorts of wild birds are not scared, which you can safely see up close. An excellent sanatorium in the forest. You can't hear the city, it's a huge area. There are many indoor and outdoor pools with mountain views. A lake with fish. Pheasants, magpies :) There are no rooms available, but you only encounter people at breakfast. The most comfortable pillows and mattresses. Sleep your soundest sleep. Underfloor heating and absolutely silent! climate control.

are the poor service of the hotel: when checking in, they indicated in each room how many children there would be. But one room didn't have a sofa. We checked into the room, the sofa is not made. She asked us to bring additional pastels right away. Let's all go to the pool. We arrive at 19.00, the sofa has not been made yet. It was reported again. They went out for dinner, they came back with the bed unmade. The children were tired and wanted to sleep. And the youngest waited until 23.45 until the sofa was made for him. After my husband's arrival on the phone, we organized a pastel.
- the manager is not coping with his duties. 70% of the staff are not trained and do not know how to cope with certain tasks.
- pools are muddy... some from dirt, some from chemicals.
- half of the hydro massagers were not functioning.
-Phoenix restaurant: it's a shame to have such an obscure menu. It would be comfortable to do it separately in different languages. It is advisable to add photos of dishes to the online menu. After all, so many foreigners and our compatriots come to eat DELICIOUS food in a beautiful location.
The location is there, it remains only to improve the dishes. Send the chef for advanced training. Develop a menu navigation that is understandable to many. I was the only one who thought I was so picky, but there were 11 of us. No one could choose their own dishes, the descriptions are not clear, you read in Kazakh, Russian, English at once. And you don't know in the end you moved on to another dish or still a description of one dish.
- we took three rooms. There were refrigerators in two rooms, and there was no refrigerator in our largest room. It took 2.5 days for the refrigerator to be brought to us. 😑
-Two adults and three children are indicated in the large room, but there are 4 positions of towels and other accessories.
-The rooms are life-threatening. Tiles in bathrooms are cheap, they slip even when dry. The children slipped and fell. I almost slipped three times. An aunt in another room eventually fell and injured her arm.
- the shower is open. A half-way partition. The toilet is also half closed. Taking a shower in the most careful way, the water still flows out of the aisles of the shower area.
- It is difficult to call this device a hygienic shower.
- There is only one hook for the entire large bathroom. It is not clear where to hang five people's swimsuits and wet towels.
- The bed is all rustling, crunching. The mattress is very soft. HUGE SPITTING THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT PILLOWS. I DON'T KNOW IF THERE IS A PILLOW MENU, BUT THAT WE HAD PILLOWS AND FEATHER PILLOWS AND STUFFED WITH SINTEPON -it was great!
- From the 5th floor, after a certain time, part of the floor was closed, and we could not get into the room from the wing where the pool is. I had to go down to the 4th floor with the children. The ball door is also closed there. We went down to the 3rd floor, and only from there we were able to go to another elevator and climb to the 5th floor, walk 100 meters to get to the room.
- After 13.00, the keys of all three rooms stopped working. There are two rooms next to each other and a third one on the floor above. My parents were there. Dad walks with a cane, mom with sore joints. We felt some kind of mockery. I had to leave the kids on the floor (and they want to go to the toilet big, small, someone is cold to sit wet), go down to the reception, wait in line, and go up again with a working key.
- The buggies waited 30 minutes in the sun. They called the driver and sat and waited afterwards. Buggies are not comfortable. When I was going down, I hit very hard because of the narrow passage, my dad also hit. We are walking with a huge hematoma now.
One star only for the Territory.

I'll say this is a 4+ hotel. Big, beautiful, the nature is gorgeous. The service is excellent. The pool is beautiful.But as always, there is a but. And it's not about finding fault. There is a dressing room, but there is no light in it. There is not a single device in the bathroom where to hang a bathrobe or towel. Such minor inconveniences in such an expensive room. And one big disadvantage for me is the remoteness.

At one time, we often visited this sanatorium. There is a beautiful landscape in the area, a beautiful lake just beyond the hotel building, where fish and ducks live. A great place for holding events of different plans, more conference rooms, and a large concert venue.

The hotel corresponds to the network. High standards in everything. We held the event in January 2025. Both accommodation and event support are at a decent level.
