I am extremely disappointed with the service from Vital Signs Commercial Brokers. Despite my repeated follow-ups since mid-September 2024, they have not responded or resolved my issue regarding the refund of my security deposit. Worse, they returned a fake security deposit cheque, which is highly unprofessional and unethical. The company's handling of deposits and charges lacks transparency, and they have imposed maintenance charges without providing any proper documentation. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Vital Signs Commercial Brokers, as their practices can be misleading and untrustworthy.
