The service is terrible, we spent 1.5 hours in the store, provided that the product is booked in advance. As a result, they gave out the wrong product, and they reassembled it for another 40 minutes. At home, when unpacking, there was not a complete set. There are a lot of employees in the store, but no one will tell you, they are not interested in sales at all!

I bought a cutting block for a trimmer, asked for help from a consultant, pointing to the model in the window. With 100% certainty, I was given a block from another model, as I was convinced when I arrived home by trying to put it on my trimmer. When trying to return to the store, the deputythe manager refused to return it, pointing out that the factory packaging (cardboard) was violated. It is not possible to open the package in any other way.The receipt was in hand, the unit itself was not used.
