I have no complaints about the quality of accessories in general. There are complaints about the service and customer service. It's not the first time I've ordered, but this is probably the last one. I ordered 3 items on January 12 - a bag, a first-aid kit and a laptop case. Without customization, everything is from the standard range. The manager announced the production time - 4-12 working days. According to previous experience, I waited 13 working days. Silence. On January 29, I wrote myself, saying how is my order? The order is in tailoring, the master plans to complete the assembly by the beginning of next week. OK, no rush. February 5 - what's the news? the deadlines were extended for reasons beyond our control (omg, I wonder what). The shipment is scheduled for Monday (February 10). February 11 - posted a meme with Kanevsky that, of course, no one sent anything on Monday. The answer is a heavy workload, the master tries to finish as quickly as possible. There are no deadlines for completion and dispatch. February 18 - what's up? silence. February 19 - ignore? Sorry, there are a lot of messages, we will send you a nosebleed on February 20 before 18. February 21 - silence. I'm still monitoring. Last order.

I ordered a bag, in general the bag is good, there are a couple of points, such as deception with accessories (ykk claim, in fact it is simply nameless, there is not a single marking). But the service is terrible, the deadlines that they themselves do not comply with, while everything happens in silence, no one will warn you about the delay in fulfilling the order. Then they asked to leave a review, but they did not like the honest review that they did not comply with the deadlines and they deleted it in their Vk group, so I will leave it here.
