I came for a certain hair product - for the basal volume, they suggested at the checkout to buy a completely different product, which is "super wow 15 in 1 and even better," supposedly it also has a basal volume effect. I didn't really fall for it, but I think the seller was very persistent. Such pressure provoked me to agree faster, just to avoid stress. The seller does not understand the means and advises only to advise, not to help, since the product did not show any visible declared qualities (it was used according to the instructions on the package).

Overall, it's a good store. A large selection of products. But they constantly demand to wear masks, and rudely. Although the resolution is advisory in nature, the seller has no right to force to buy a mask, as well as to refuse service - this is a violation of the constitutional rights of citizens
